High definition recording
Record footage onto the included 8GB microSD card or optional microSD card, up to 32GB in capacity, in 1080p (1,920 x 1,080) full high definition quality. This allows you to capture smooth and clear video, seeing every detail of what’s going on in the playback. Smooth and clear video is especially needed for fast-moving scenes, which are critical when it comes to the intended use of a dash cam, which is to capture instances like cars speeding, collisions, and other often quick-moving road incidents.
The built-in CMOS sensor captures clear images both during the day and at night, so you won’t end up with dark or blurry videos. The unit, which records videos in the .avi fil format, also supports HDR recording for providing even further detail in the video.

The myGEKOgear Orbit 110 dash cam has an impressive 120-degree viewing angle. This allows the compact starter dash cam to capture more lanes of the road so you won’t miss when a car comes in from the left or right lane, for example, while you’re in the middle, or can capture footage from the other side of the highway when you are in the fast lane.
Additionally, the wide viewing angle also makes it easy to capture small details, like license plates, in the event of an incident that you want to report or follow up on.
Automatic incident detection
Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the myGEKOgear 110 dash cam can sense instances like drastic breaking or even a collision. Once this is detected, the unit will automatically lock onto emergency files and ensure that it records. The G-sensor will also make sure that the files are locked and won’t be loop recorded over by new files should the card run out of memory, for example. But support for a card up to 32GB in capacity means you can keep recording without worry as well.
Power is further supported by the 180mAh Li-ion battery, and the unit plugs into the 12-24V car charger.
