The Joule Oven Air Fryer Pro is a high-end 2-in-1 air fryer and oven that can make cooking for family, friends, and any holiday gatherings easier and hassle-free. Cook confidently with Autopilot technology

Croissant Autopilot flight planBaking is exciting. I always anticipate the moment I get to open the oven door and look at how my creation turned out. But sometimes the dismay at discovering that your pastry or chicken is unevenly cooked on the inside is … crushing. The Joule makes it easy to avoid that awful feeling with its Autopilot feature.

Autopilot is available through the Joule: Sous Vide by ChefSteps app, which you can connect to the Joule via Wi-Fi. From steak to flan to corn, and much more, the app itself contains video recipes, step-by-step instructions, and tips for you to start cooking your dish of choice. It’s fantastic for amateur cooks because the recipes also include presets or “flight plans” that leave the little details to the smart oven instead of leaving them up to you. For example, if a recipe requires different levels or types of heat, Autopilot will automatically increase or decrease the temperature in the Joule. That means, you won’t have to remember to do it manually. Need to broil your veggies in the oven for the last five minutes of baking? There’s now an app for that.

How does the Joule manage to do all this you ask? The Joule uses a special temperature controller and smart algorithms that work together to ensure that the six quartz heating elements it houses are always delivering precisely measured heat that smoothly transitions to different temperatures at the right time. The technology does all this to ensure that your food is cooked as evenly as possible.

  1. Chicken wings and fries would be the first thing I would try. Thanks for the chance. Fingers crossed!
The KEEP WARM feature would work best in my household as people eat different times and this feature would do a stellar job of keeping the food hot, but not overcooking/drying it out.

  2. I would try puff pastry. It’s not easy to get puff pastry baked right but I think this oven will do the job perfectly.

  3. The croissants look amazing and I would love to try them. I would never trust something as delicate to them in my unreliable oven but croissants in the air fryer I think I could do!

  4. Bake would get the most used, Pizza would be a close second, and Dehydrate just to get some caramelized bacon jerky on the go. Mmm mmm.

  5. I would try making homemade pizza with everything from scratch, including the dough! This would cook it to perfection

  6. The one food that I would first try making in the Joule that you’ve never tried before would be a roast duck. I like the darker meat and I think that a 3 or 4-pound bird would roast up to a succelent golden brown. I can’t wait to smell and taste my first Roast Duck!
