A JS Duo tower heating and cooling fan is perfect for anyone living in Canada. You know the temperature will change outside. You may have noticed it can get too cold sometimes. At other times, it can get too hot. In some parts of the country, you may have experienced both extremes during a single day. Crazy but true! You want your family to be comfortable: not too hot or too cold. The JS Duo tower is the solution. Learn about why below, then enter to win one.
Creating a comfortable temperature in your home easily
A nice wall hanging, or even great wall colour may help make a room feel inviting. Great furniture too can make a huge difference in how much at peace we are in a room. However, those design features are irrelevant if the room is so cold or so hot that you can’t think or read or sleep. And some rooms are easier to get to the right temperature than others. One solution is to hire a contractor to redesign the room, add more insulation, break up a wall to add a window, etc. A simpler solution is to use a JS Duo Tower Fan. It’s slim bladeless design means it will suit any room, taking away very little space, while adding comfort throughout the room so you can enjoy the room.
Which room in your home will get the JS Duo Tower Fan?
You don’t have to decide right now, but put some thought into where you would most likely use the JS Duo fan in your home. In my home, it would go in the living room in the summer, as that room has the most windows and gets the hottest. During the rest of the year, it would go into the spare bedroom, especially if we have guests, because that room gets the coldest. It would ensure that my guests really enjoy their stay. I’d even tell them to put the app on their phone so they can control the fan and heater as they please during the nighttime without even getting out of bed!
We sent the sample we are giving away in this contest to Lindsey for a detailed review. She tested it in the summer and was impressed with how well it worked and how quiet it is. Read her full review then return here to enter for a chance to win this fan/heater for your home.

Win a JS DUO 2 Tower Fan and Heater Rules and Regulations
Good Luck.
I would put it in the living room both in the summer and winter so my living room can stay in perfect temperature when we relax and watch TV shows.
I would definitely place it in the bedroom! Nothing better than a cool room to go back into!
I’d keep it in my bedroom for both the summer and winter.
In the summer, the south exposure causes the bedroom to act like an oven so this would help cool it.
In the winter, we turn down the heat throughout the house to save energy but it’d be nice to have the bedroom at a nice temperature.
I would use in my bedroom in the summer and in the living room in the winter
I would use the fan in my family room off my kitchen!
I would put it in the bedroom during the summer to keep me cool while sleeping. In the winter I would put it in the living room to keep us warm while enjoying tv
my basement for all seasons
In summer: the attic bedroom. In winter, the office.
In the summer the living room because it gets the afternoon sun. In the winter our bedroom because it’s a little cool.
The family room because we have a small window and poor air flow for heating and air conditioning.
I would use in my bedroom in the summer and in the living room in the winter
bedroom is best .
my wife like it cool , I like it hot
In my office in the winter and my bedroom in the summer.
I would leave in my bedroom year round. Cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter. Perfect!
I like that is has a small footprint, so it would fit in office nicely.
I would use in my bedroom . In the summer I don’t get much sleep . I already don’t get much sleep because of my chronic pain .
my bedroom for all seasons
In summer, the bedroom; in winter, the office
I wasn’t familiar with this heating and cooling fan until I ready Liz’s review. It sounds wonderful. I’m not one for using AC in the summer. I hate cooling an entire house when I basically live in three rooms, the bedroom, family room and kitchen. I would put it in the family room during the day for comfort and then actually take it up to our bedroom at night. Frankly even with AC the cool air doesn’t reach our bedroom which the furthest spot from the furnace. Also with the quiet mode that Liz described, i could have it on gently to keep the room cool, not cold as is my preference. In the winter I’d likely take it to the basement where I spend more time with my hobbies and exercising. Not only that, but it is actually an very attractive piece of furniture and would fit well it any room.
I would put this in my home office both in the summer and winter as that’s where I spend the majority of my day.
Winter time down stairs as it is always cool.
I would place it in my office at home to cool in the summer, and the same home office to warm in the winter.
In the summer, I’d put the fan in the kitchen so that I could still eat something delicious and in the winter, I’d put the fan in the living room so I wouldn’t have to wear so many blankets! Life would be wonderful!!!
Both summer and winter in the living room as it gets the afternoon sun in the summer and is coolest room in winter
Would love to use it in my bedroom – get the evening sun and its like a sauna at night – would use it for the fan in the summer and heat in the winter
My bedroom in the summer because it gets really hot and the living room in the winter because it gets cold
Bedroom in the summer so I can sleep cooler and living room in the winter so I can stay warm while working from home
In the summer time I would have it placed in my living room. Winter time down stairs as it is always chilly.
I would use in my bedroom in the summer and in the living room in the winter
Oh gosh – in summer the family room – it gets soo much sun and it always overheats. In winter, my son’s bedroom – it always seems to be on a different trajectory than the rest of the house
In the summer, I would place the fan in the kitchen to cool it down when we are having dinner and in the winter, the fan would be placed in my bedroom to supplement the heating.
In our bedroom in both summer and winter because it’s the colest room in the winter and the hottest room in the summer.
In the summer the living room because it gets the afternoon sun. In the winter our bedroom because it’s a little cool.
In the bedroom in both summer and winter due to poor temp control
In summer: the attic bedroom. In winter, the office. Thanks!
Like the fact that the noise from the fan wasn’t overbearing or obnoxious based on the article. Would place it in the family room in the summer because of the number of south facing windows. In the winter it would go in a back bedroom with the heater as its always cold in this room at that time of the year.
The living room in the summer as it faces south with a patio door and bay windows and in the winter it would go to the basement to take the chill off when we are down there
I would use the fan in my living room year-round because the heating/slash air conditioning doesn’t work great in there. It is positioned so that the majority of the air flow goes into the dining room and the far side of the living room doesn’t get much value from it. This would allow me to position it to add air flow to that part of the room.
in the winter upstairs for the bedrooms to be warm and in summer in the tv room to be cool
I like the shape of it. Tall to cover off a room. We have a family room that we spend a lot of time in so it would be great for additional heating. We also have the power go out a few times a year in the winter. This unit could be run off a generator for heat which would be very helpful during those times. The last time it happen the house went down to 56%
I would have it in the livingroom as that room seems to change temperatures more than any other room in the house.
Two kids and two adults in our house so it would definitely would come in handy
I would have it in the livingroom as that room seems to change temperatures more than any other room in the house.
Leave it in the living room where we spend the majority of our time
would be perfect for my daughters bedroom. We have trouble balancing temperatures in our house so this could help
in the winter upstairs for the bedrooms to be warm and in summer in the tv room to be cool
In the summertime it would be in our bedroom and in the winter in the rec room in the basement
I like how it is not noisey I dont like that when trying to sleep. Summer in my room to sleep colder and winter would probably also put it in my room to sleep I like cold air and my bed is right next to heater so it can get hot
I would put it in the bedroom during the summer to keep me cool while sleeping. In the winter I would put it in the living room to keep us warm while enjoying tv
