A JS Duo tower heating and cooling fan is perfect for anyone living in Canada. You know the temperature will change outside. You may have noticed it can get too cold sometimes. At other times, it can get too hot. In some parts of the country, you may have experienced both extremes during a single day. Crazy but true! You want your family to be comfortable: not too hot or too cold. The JS Duo tower is the solution. Learn about why below, then enter to win one.

Creating a comfortable temperature in your home easily

A nice wall hanging, or even great wall colour may help make a room feel inviting. Great furniture too can make a huge difference in how much at peace we are in a room. However, those design features are irrelevant if the room is so cold or so hot that you can’t think or read or sleep. And some rooms are easier to get to the right temperature than others. One solution is to hire a contractor to redesign the room, add more insulation, break up a wall to add a window, etc. A simpler solution is to use a JS Duo Tower Fan. It’s slim bladeless design means it will suit any room, taking away very little space, while adding comfort throughout the room so you can enjoy the room.

Which room in your home will get the JS Duo Tower Fan?

You don’t have to decide right now, but put some thought into where you would most likely use the JS Duo fan in your home. In my home, it would go in the living room in the summer, as that room has the most windows and gets the hottest. During the rest of the year, it would go into the spare bedroom, especially if we have guests, because that room gets the coldest. It would ensure that my guests really enjoy their stay. I’d even tell them to put the app on their phone so they can control the fan and heater as they please during the nighttime without even getting out of bed!

We sent the sample we are giving away in this contest to Lindsey for a detailed review. She tested it in the summer and was impressed with how well it worked and how quiet it is. Read her full review then return here to enter for a chance to win this fan/heater for your home.

  1. Kitchen in the summer because it is always the hottest room. The living room in the winter because that is where we spend most of our evenings.

  2. Living room in summer to cool and same place in winter to keep warm – most used room in the home in our family.

  3. 2. I liked how she was impressed with how quiet it is. And because it’s so quiet, it would be great to have near the TV in the livingroom. We would be able to still hear the TV!

  4. 1. The livingroom. There are large windows that cool and heat the room too much in the winter. The JS DUO 2.0 would be perfect to correct the temperature during this season.

  5. In the summer the JS Duo Tower Fan would be in the living room. In the late afternoon the sun beats through the window and it gets almost unbearably hot. In the winter, it would be near me in the dining room/office. The back of the house stays a lot warmer when its below zero but the front is so cold!

  6. I would place it in the family room in the summer and winter as in the summer it is very warm because it gets the sun from 11 am until it goes down. and in the winter it gets very chilly because of the huge bay window and the strong winds from Michigan we get here in Sarnia. This would be ideal

  7. We would place this fan in the Living Room the summer and in our Bedroom it in the winter to get all round better air circulation

  8. I would place the duo tower fan in my kitchen during the winter as it gets very cold there. During the summer I would place it upstairs for the cooling effects as I do not have any source of air conditioning.

  9. We would place this fan in the Living Room the summer and in our Bedroom it in the winter to get all round better air circulation

  10. In the summer, I would put it in my bedroom because the sun makes it hot there. In the winter, I would use it on my enclosed porch, because it isn’t heated.

  11. In the summer I would place the fan in my room because I could use some extra air flow since I don’t keep my air conditioner at too low a setting. In the winter, I spend a lot of time in the open kitchen, dining room and living area and I would keep it there and use it as necessary to stay warm.

  12. Bedroom in summers because it’s small and can get very hot and Living Room during winters to cover more area with heat while I watch movies on the couch.

  13. Would use it in the living room during the summer due to heat from Southern exposure . In the winter I would use it in the computer room as its the coldest part of the house

  14. I would use the cool fan on the outside patio in summer since it gets quite hot out there. In the winter,
I would use it to warm the basement since it seems chilly

  15. As I do not have central air, in the summer I would place the fan between the living room and kitchen as these areas can get uncomfortable. In the winter I would use in the master bedroom as it is not well insulated.
As noted in Lindsay’s comments, I love the fact that the unit is quiet and is easily controlled on the app.

  16. I would place this unit in our family room both winter and summer, In the winter this room is colder than any other due I think to the windows on 3 sides, the skylights and the fireplace. In summer it is hotter for the same reasons. Would love to win!

  17. I would place it in our 2nd floor bedroom in the summer, so that we don’t have to crank up the air conditioning for a comfortable sleeping temperature.
In the winter I would place it in our living room, we enjoy the heat on cold wintery nights.

  18. In the summer, I’d place it in the living room because we have no air conditioning and in the winter I’d place it in my bedroom in the basement to keep toasty warm! I love the sleek design of this too!

  19. I would place it in my bedroom in the summer and the winter! Keep the room where I sleep nice and toasty or cool and breezy!

  20. I would place this in the living room in the summer to keep us cool and also the living room in the winter for some extra warmth.

  21. Bedroom in the summer (too hot to sleep, no A/C), and living room in the winter, to stay warm while watching TV.

  22. In the summer I would put it in the bedroom where my computer is. In the winter I would also put it there. I spend far too much time on the computer.

  23. I would definitely place it where my wife wants it. Probably in the bedroom. She notices changes in the room temperature whereas I don’t, so it would be up to her!

  24. I would put the tower fan in my office in the winter for some extra heat and I would place it in our family room to cool it in the summer. Thanks for the opportunity.

  25. This fan would go in my living room all year because it faces north and gets chilly in the winter, but for some reason gets uncomfortable hot in the summer evenings.
