oculus quest 2 untethered gamingAn Oculus Quest 2 is real entertainment like you’ve never experienced before. Whether it’s watching a movie, playing a game, or exploring a new travel destination, you will not believe how close you get to being part of the action. This is definitely one of the hottest entertainment/gaming devices of the year, and we are very happy to be able to offer two as prizes in this contest.

Oculus Quest 2 is virtual reality with no strings attached

Finally VR has become what we all thought it was to begin with. You see, VR promised to allow us to feel like we are in a different place or time. Some do this better than others, and some, like the original Oculus, have been quite amazing. However, it’s hard to totally immerse yourself in a game or movie when an attached cable keeps tugging you back to the real world. That’s one of the immediate advantages of the Oculus Quest 2: with no tether, no attached cable, you quickly lose yourself—the virtual environment essentially becomes the real world for you!

  1. I would love to try this for both movies and games, but would actually be giving it as a gift as my pc would not be strong enough for games

  2. If I win the oculus quest 2 I would give it to my kids they have played vr once when we went to Florida and they been asking for a vr headset ever since!!

  3. I love the fact that it is possible to hook up to the computer if you wanted to play games from the PC, but also the freedom to be mobile. As I work away from home the mobility of the Quest 2 would be used in making my time away from home and family go so much quicker.

  4. Wireless would be amazing for playing Beat Saber. I’d use it to stay in shape while I am stuck indoors due to COVID!

  5. Definitely a fan of its wireless capabilities. We’d be using it for gaming – already have some in mind!

  6. I love that the Oculus Quest 2 is wireless and I would like to watch movies and check out the other apps available.

  7. If I got this system I would give it to my girlfriend for christmas. She went through two bone marrow transplants this past year and came out of the hospital and in to a pandemic. I know she would love to experience the real world again but until that’s feasible, maybe a virtual world could help instead!

  8. Love that it is wireless , and has warnings if getting out of range. Excellent that USB C port. (Question: can it charge with the USB C like a phone?)

  9. I will use it to jumpstart my learning by using what apps there are for education and furthering my college pursuits from Afar.

  10. I love the USB C port built in so it can be used with a PC. I would definitely be gaming with the Quest 2!

  11. I love that it’s wireless, which makes it way safer to use. I’d use it for games, but maybe some movies as well!
