The game is set in the 1930s in the town of Lost Heaven, IL. And, you play as cab driver Tommy Angelo whose run-in with the mob has got him questioning his morals. Consequently, Tommy will do whatever it takes as a Prohibition-era gangster to rise through the ranks and make it to the top.
