Entering this contest is easy, and you can enter up to four (4) times in four different places:

  1. In one comment below, tell us which Sony device you would love to receive for the holidays this year and how it would make your life merrier. Go to the Sony Holiday Gift ideas page on bestbuy.ca and browse your favourite categories (for example, Cameras & Camcorders) for inspiration! 
  2. For up to three (3) additional entries, create a public post on a social media channel (one entry per channel!) telling your friends and followers that you are entering to win a Sony prize from the Best Buy Blog; Sony Contest Best Buy Canadainclude the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest, so we can find your post, tag Sony, and include a picture of the blog contest like that shown here. Then return here and tell us in a comment below on which channel you posted it and the name of your channel (since many people use pseudonyms) so that I can check and verify your entry. You can use any social media channel (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc) but the post must be public so we can verify it is there.

In total you can enter four times: once with a comment below telling us which Sony tech you would like to get this holiday season, and three times with a comment below telling us on which social media channels you posted about the contest using the hashtag #SONYBestBuyContest.

    It would make my life merrier as our main living room tv went on us at the beginning of covid and due to salary cuts we have been unable to afford a new one, we are currently using the dated 45″ that was in the bedroom in our living room – the setup above would be a game changer for us 🙂

  13. I would like to win a new, bigger, higher resolution tv. I love Sony, and they were my longest lasting tv’s. I would love to game some or watch some sports games and shows on a bigger screen that’s at least 4k ready. I’m usually a little weary, or maybe a little cheap, to get started on new technology, but we don’t always get what we want. For Christmas and any other day in general and in essence, most things seem empty and trivial in comparison to what your hearts wants. A tv would cheer me up, but it’s usually for an ergonomic sit-down. Still would be nice when in the mood for a tv. Thanks, I gotta get some gifts early to try and avoid long lines and if a new tv comes our way, Woo Hoo!

I live with my mom and we both have chronic illnesses so we spend a lot of time watching tv because we aren’t able to be very mobile.   26. First of all I love SONY for a long time. Currently I’m using SONY cell phone since 2016, bluetooth headphones since 2018 and bluetoth speaker since 2016. In the past I had a SONY camera and previous TV was SONY. So I can say for sure that SONY it’s a name of quality. Picture and sound from SONY create unique sense of presence that will stay with you ain all you life situations for a long time. My current TV is not SONY and I really feel a difference…I miss it. So choosing the SONY brand you choose faithful friend for life!
