So many people have Sony on their wishlist at Christmas time. I’m surprised no one has invented a holiday song related to finding Sony under the tree on Christmas morning. Holiday songs are all about traditions we cherish and repeat and I think Sony has become part of many people’s holiday tradition. Don’t we all have a Sony holiday memory? I know I do.

A long, long time ago, I was dying for a portable cassette player: and of course Sony was “the brand” with their Walkman line. There aren’t many gifts from my past that I remember opening, but I can recall unwrapping that bright yellow Walkman Sport like the one shown here—vividly remember!

My first thin LED big screen TV was, and still is, a Sony. I’ve had it for over 13 years now and still love the picture quality. When it finally bids me farewell, the Sony XBR55A8G that we are giving away in this contest would be a fantastic replacement. I sent one of these to Shelly to review and she absolutely loved it for watching the newest movies and even for gaming. The OLED screen really has to be seen to be believed—it is that amazing!   2. I’d say the PS4 only on PlayStation bundle, all the games are great choices, made by some exceptional studios and showcase WHY Sony have done so well this generation.

    As for stories, I spent my first Christmas after my divorce with my friends family and took my PS4, this resulted in a whole lot of party games, a ton of laughter and was a solid reminder that even when things seem bleak, it’s only a passing thing.

  3. The most memorable Sony Christmas I had was when I was about 10 years old and my parents got me a 13″ Sony TV for my room.

    For this year’s holiday experience a Sony a7 II Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera with FE 28-70mm -OR- Sony FDR-AX700 4K Video Camera for capturing all those special moments with friends and family.

  5. Have no Sony Holiday Memories, but, I’m working on it. I’ve taken my very last flight without some kind of noise cancelling headphones. The Best Buy Sony Over-Ear Noise Cancelling Headphones (WH1000XM3/B) look like they might fit the bill.

    My favourite Sony memory is getting a Sony discman for Christmas when I was about 14! I so loved that thing! Funny thing is I was cleaning out boxes a few years ago and guess what I found and it still worked ♥️

  15. What I really love about this Sony 55″ 4K UHD HDR OLED Android Smart TV is that it is “Google”. With an Android TV I will have a great Chrome Browser, link to my Google photos, documents etc.

  33. A ps4 pro would be an amazing addition this holiday! As for a Sony holiday memory I don’t have one but in 2012 thanks to Sony and some other partners I won an all expenses paid trip to San Diego for comic con. So very grateful so now I rep Sony to everyone haha!

Best Buy always makes our Christmas bright! Last year I bought my hubby a copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 for XBOX One at Best Buy. He opened it but was polite despite being sad since we only had an XBOX 360 and he couldn’t play it on our device. Then we pulled out the surprise box that had an XBOX One in it and he was overjoyed!
