LG has created a new premium phone, the G8x, that raises the bar for what a smartphone can be. It has two screens: the one that accompanies the regular phone and another screen in its case: click the phone in the case and suddenly your phone becomes a multi-tasking wonder machine. Additionally, it has one feature that most of us hated to lose on other new premium phones: a headphone jack! You may be wondering how much use you would get out of two screens on a phone. Personally, I think it’s life changing. Face it: we look at phones more than we look at our partners. So, a dual screen phone gives us twice as much to look at. You can watch “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” on one screen and answer texts on the other. You can have the game on one screen and the controller can be on the other. The possibilities are ENDLESS!

  20. Hi. I’m a VERY hard working single Mom. I don’t remember the time when I actually bought something for myself. Everything I have goes towards my beautiful family. I use an LG G2.I know it’s old, but its been working great for me all of these years, which says a A LOT for LG! If I actually won the new LG G8Thinq, it would be an actual Godsend. I would be able to get some of my homework done while I’m researching at the SAME TIME!!
    I’d also actually be able to take pictures of my family while I’m distracting them with the second screen! And the pictures would be BEAUTIFUL because the camera on the G8 is AMAZING! Also, I would be able to pass my G2 on to my son. (he asks me several times a day to use it)
    WOW! For me to be the winner of this wonderful device would literally be a dream come true!

  25. I would use one screen for craft patterns and the other to check YouTube Video dictorials for any questions I have within the patterns. Or texting while using the web.

  28. Oh, WOW! Probably one side for Netflix (I loooooove me some Netflix), and then the other side for reading blogs, or keeping up on the new Halo and Dragon Age games on twitter (I’m so impatient, lol).

    • This is next level! Can’t wait for this! I could easily use this amazing feature for jotting down a grocery list from a recipe by having both open at the same time! But mostly, I’d be watching a show mindlessly while engaging in internet searches!

  41. I take a lot of notes on my phone. I would use this to take notes on one screen and research web pages or view videos on the other.

  42. I enjoy cooking and baking. One screen will have the recipe open and the other one will play some good songs on youtube

  46. I would watch a movie on one screen and browse the internet for recipes on the other one – multitasking at its finest!!! 🙂
