I noticed PowerDirector was on sale today, so I picked up a copy to see what it was like… I’m having a terrible time getting it installed.
- stuck at 4% after installing on the disk after 20 minutes
- rebooted and stuck at 2% after 30 minutes
- rebooted and tried an online install…. uncompressing at 10%… stuck for over an hour
- tried calling support…. it demands a 13 digit VS number. Not on the box.
- any suggestions? The online FAQ does not help as I don’t have error messages… just a stuck install screen.
