Each week during Best Buy’s baby event we will be giving away some amazing prizes. If you are a parent these will really come in handy! If you are not a parent but you know one, you could really help them out by entering to win on their behalf! We will be giving away one prize package for each of the 3 weeks of the Best Buy baby event with a total of approximately $1280 in prizes.

Best Buy has the essentials parents need

Best Buy has been carrying baby items like strollers, car seats, cribs and more for several years now. However, some people are still surprised when Best Buy and great baby essentials are used in the same sentence (or the same contest!). Perhaps this is because you won’t find the huge selection of baby products in our physical stores. But go to Bestbuy.ca, our online store, and find pretty much whatever parents need.

And this is the time of year when Best Buy has reduced the prices on many of these essentials. The Best Buy Baby Event is quickly becoming legendary in Canada. To celebrate we are making this event even better by offering some of the top products available as prizes in this contest.

Enter during the first week to be eligible for all 3 prize packages. However, if you missed the first week and only found out about this contest in the second week, you are still eligible for the week 2 and the week 3 prize packages. In fact, even if you arrive really late to this contest, you will can still have a chance at the week 3 prize package!

Here are the prize packages that will be given away:

What baby items would you consider essential

Personally, I think the most essential baby item is a car seat. How will you even get your newborn child home from the hospital without one? However, if you already have one, then I’d concede that, for you, the most essential item might be something else. After all, raising children requires a whole assortment of tech, toys, clothing, furniture and more … any one of them worthy of the moniker, “essential.”

For that reason, I won’t ask you to limit your choices to one single essential item. You may be able to think of twenty essential baby items—maybe more than twenty! However, since there are 3 prize packages that we will give away, I will expect you to decide on the three items that you feel are the most essential for raising a child. Tell us what these are for a chance to win one of the 3 prize packages offered as prizes in this contest.

HOW TO ENTER

Entering is really easy, but you can only enter once. Look at the variety of products available for babies (and parents!) at Best buy, then in a comment below this article, tell us what you think are the 3 most essential baby items that parents need.

WHAT YOU CAN WIN

At the end of this contest, we will select one winner from all eligible comments entered in the first week to win the first prize, one winner from all eligible comments entered in both weeks 1 and 2 to win the second prize, and one winner from all eligible comments entered during the entire contest to win the third prize.

This contest will run from February 16th until March 8th.

Remember, you can only enter once. Enter early for a chance to win more prizes, but don’t enter again since only one entry is required for the duration of the contest. Also, sharing is caring, so post this on your social accounts to give your friends and family a chance at winning too.  Just click the sharing buttons below to post on Facebook or Twitter.

Good Luck.

  1. This contest is now closed and we will soon draw the winners in accordance with the contest rules.

  2. For me, the three things that I couldn’t live without since my son was born are his bassinet, his automatic bouncy chair and my double Medela breast pump. All total life (and sanity) savers!
