couples gifts for valentines day

With Valentine’s Day almost here, people are looking for the perfect gift for the big day. There are a lot of great gift ideas you can choose for your special someone. But if you’d like to do something a little different this year, why not pick up a couple’s gift? A couple’s gifts mean you can give each other a gift you’ll both enjoy. Here are some gift ideas for couples on Valentine’s Day.

Give each other the gift of better health

Heading out for an activity like walking, hiking, or biking is a great way to get in some quality couple time. This Valentine’s Day you could give each other a gift that helps you both get healthier and brings you closer than ever.

Sync your fitness trackers

A new fitness tracker will track your steps, distance, heart rate, and more. If you choose fitness trackers as a couple’s gift this Valentine’s Day, you can connect your trackers via the app and monitor your health together. Some apps will even suggest new and fun trails or locations so you can head out and have an adventure.

Electric bikes for two

Electric bikes are a great way to get outside together, and they’re so much fun you’ll forget you’re getting exercise, too. You can charge the batteries and hit the trails and hills or go for a long ride together. You’ll still enjoy pedalling, but with an ebike you can turn up the motor anytime you want to go faster or need help getting up a hill. Take a look at the electric bicycle buying guide for a look at the different types of ebikes you can choose as a couple’s gift.

matching watches for valentines day

Matching watches are meaningful

There are a lot of couples who gift watches as wedding gifts, but there’s no need to wait for a wedding if you’d like to give your loved one a watch that matches your own.

Just choose a style of watch you’ll love from the selection of men’s watches, women’s watches, or smart watches. Once you’ve made your choice you can engrave something on the back, or, if you like to match, choose a pair with the same band.

Small appliances make a great couple’s gift

I’m a fan of small appliances and what they bring to your kitchen, and my husband loves them, too. He wouldn’t be surprised if I picked up a pressure cooker or an air fryer as a couple’s gift for Valentine’s Day. There are new models of Instant Pot that are both a pressure cooker and air fryer in one. You can whip up everything from the perfect hard-boiled eggs to stew or crispy chicken strips and french fries.

We both really love coffee, and a new espresso machine would be a great couple’s gift for us.  I love the super-automatic espresso machines with a built-in grinder. You can make everything from a latte to an Americano at home, and your machine will grind the coffee beans, steam the milk, and pour the perfect shot of espresso.

Kick back with a TV you’ll both love

With so many streaming options available, cuddling up on the couch and binge-watching a new series can be a lot more fun than heading out to the movie theatre. Bringing home a new OLED, Mini-LED, or QLED TV can make every movie or TV night even better, and you may even want to upgrade to a larger TV to create your own home theatre.

A new TV can also be a great gift if you and your loved one are gamers. The latest TVs have game modes that automatically switch to the optimal settings for your console, and some offer game menus that let you access all of your games from different platforms via one menu on your TV.

Which couple’s gift would you choose for Valentine’s Day?
