Ah, September. The month when the fall line-up flood gates open wide and we’re treated to some of the most anticipated video games of the year. With so many incredible titles releasing this month it was too hard to pick my usual five or six favourites, so instead, I’m doing my top ten. Come take a look!  

Are you the proud owner of an original Galaxy Gear smartwatch, but bummed out that you’re missing out on some of the cool new features of the Gear 2 and Gear 2 Neo, like their standalone music app and S Health sleep tracking? Samsung is listening and its now offering the ability to upgrade the original Galaxy Gear’s operating system from Android to Tizen —the OS powering its latest generation of smartwatches.

After jam-packed gaming release calendars the last couple of months, December is looking a tad quieter. Still, some huge titles are coming to Best Buy this month, including Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six: Siege, Square Enix’s Just Cause 3, and Nintendo’s Xenoblade Chronicles X. But that’s not all though, come take a look at what else is in store!

  With a fresh E3 experience on the horizon and all the new goodness the technology explosion brings us, its probably an ideal time to look back.  E3 has been a longstanding platform for the gaming faithful, it’s also where folks who have had a taste for nerdy and awesome things find out about the interesting media coming down the pipe.  A wonderful hub where the wide eyed hordes whet their appetite for what’s next, and lets just have a look at the sorts of things E3 has already brought us.

 2016 has already been an amazing year for video games, but May just “may” be the biggest month yet. Sony’s flagship treasure-hunting franchise is back with Uncharted 4, 2K is readying their brand new MOBA, Battleborn, Bethesda is giving us the much-anticipated DOOM reboot, and Blizzard Entertainment is launching their competitive first-person shooter, Overwatch. Come check out the games you’ll want to keep on your radar in May!

The one stand-out customer request that IK Multimedia has had to wrestle with over the past few years is releasing the fantastic products that are enjoyed on iOS devices for Android devices. This year, they’ve been able to deliver upon that request!

Another NAMM show has come to a close and while all the exhibitors contemplate packing up their booths, I’m reflecting on all that I’ve seen over the past few days. There weren’t any show-stopping standout announcements this year, but there was a lot to see!

This October, a brand new Civilization experience takes shape in space!  Civilization: Beyond Earth takes many of the traditional things you experienced with the series and gives you something completely new. Fitbit is among the top companies for wearables today, and at this year’s Consumer Electronics Show, they announced a brand new device; the Fitbit Blaze. Check out the new device, as seen at the Fitbit booth at CES.

 E3 2016 has officially begun, and EA kicked off the biggest gaming event of the year in a huge way with EA Play. Showcasing tons of exciting upcoming titles such as Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2, Mass: Effect Andromeda, and their entire EA Sports line-up, this was the moment EA fans have been waiting for.
