E3 2016: Xbox One games – hands on impressions
At E3 2016, Xbox held an “International Media event” that gave us access to their entire show floor games line-up for about two hours. With short lines, I managed to play four games: Dead Rising 4, Sea of Thieves, Forza Horizon 3, and ReCore. Here my impressions of each!
E3 2016: Zelda Breath of the Wild impressions
At E3 2016, I had a chance to play the first 15 minutes of Nintendo’s upcoming adventure game The Legend of Zelda: The Wild Breath, and it was even more epic than I had imagined. A sprawling open world, the most gorgeous graphics I’ve ever seen for a Wii U, and fascinating new gameplay are only the beginning. This is Zelda like we’ve never seen before, yet at the same time stays true to this beloved franchise. Here are my early impressions of this 2017 title:

E3 2016: Hands-on with PlayStation VR game The Getaway: London Heist
Following Sony’s PlayStation E3 press conference, attendees were invited to a second event where we were able to get hands-on time with their upcoming PlayStation VR. I got the opportunity to check out The Getaway: London Heist and walked away impressed enough to believe that VR is indeed the gaming future we’ve all been dreaming about. I wasn’t just playing the game, I was in the game.
E3 2016: Sony impresses with their upcoming game line-up and PlayStation VR
Sony delivered one of their best press conferences in years at E3 2016, saying very few words and letting their games line-up speak for themselves. Not only did we get incredible new footage for games like Detroit: Become Human and Horizon: Zero Dawn, but Sony also excited us all with massive new game announcements including Spider-Man, God of War, Days Gone, and Death Stranding. In addition to all the incredible games that Microsoft announced at their E3 press conference, the company also revealed many exciting hardware and peripheral updates for Xbox fans. These include an all-new redesign Xbox One S, a powerful new device called Project Scorpio, and some amazing new wireless controllers you’ll want to check out. Let’s take a look!
E3 2016: Microsoft press conference showed us the future of the Xbox games
Today at E3, Microsoft unveiled their biggest line-up of games ever, which included previously announced blockbusters like Gears of War 4 and Sea of Thieves, along with all-new titles such as Dead Rising 4 and Forza Horizon 3. E3 2016 has officially begun, and EA kicked off the biggest gaming event of the year in a huge way with EA Play. Showcasing tons of exciting upcoming titles such as Battlefield 1, Titanfall 2, Mass: Effect Andromeda, and their entire EA Sports line-up, this was the moment EA fans have been waiting for.
