bose 300 packageThere’s a new suite of products just announced for the popular and compact Bose SoundTouch line. Bose has now released a soundbar, a wireless bass module, a special adapter, and wireless rear speakers, all designed to create a wireless, seamless, and scaleable home theatre system.

Bose SoundTouch 300 soundbar

The Bose SoundTouch 300 soundbar is outfitted with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and NFC wireless technology to pair with devices, so you can stream music via services like Spotify and Pandora.

The new SoundTouch 300 line is all about metal and glass; it looks sleek and modern, but it’s the sound that’ll move you most.

“The SoundTouch 300 soundbar offers the best performance, spaciousness and bass of any one-piece soundbar of its size,” according to Bose via its website. “Every cubic centimetre of it is packed with technologies that bring out the best in everything you listen to or watch. Custom drivers, proprietary QuietPort and PhaseGuide technology … and the feeling of hearing sounds where there are no speakers. It all adds up to a premium audio experience for all your entertainment.”

The beauty of the SoundTouch 300 kit is the other optional pieces you can add, starting with the Acoustimass 300 wireless bass module.bose-soundtouch soundbar close

This device is designed to shake your world with deeply vibrating bass.

Bose says it’s the best performance you can get for a subwoofer this size. It connects wirelessly to the soundbar and, “provides a more immersive experience for everything you listen to or watch”.

This newly designed subwoofer delivers a wide range of bass from a powerful driver and QuietPort technology that virtually eliminates distortion.

New technology

What’s QuietPort? Developed by Bose, the technology is designed to deliver deep, clean bass at any volume, without distortion. Bose added advanced DSP, or Digital Signal Processing which is said to provide more detail and balance across all frequencies.

The SoundTouch 300 line also features specialized technology that can properly calibrate your speakers, allowing them to sound perfect in any room, no matter its size, shape or whatever furniture might be blocking the way. ADAPTiQ calibration will customize your sound to your home, automatically.

The SoundTouch kit is made to be expandable, and additional speakers can be added any time.
