Casio Keyboards are the best playable and portable pianos

Last year (2020) was unlike the years that came before. We all faced new challenges. For me, those included starting a new job at Best Buy and learning how to run contests like this one. But now as we enter a new year, I am thankful to get a chance for us to learn more from this beautiful life and reach the goals set at some point in time. One of my long-term goals is to learn guitar. If you want to learn to play a new instrument, then this year might be the perfect time.

If taking up piano lessons is on your bucket list, Casio has a keyboard with some of the most cutting-edge features for you to consider. Some of the Casio keyboards also include a selection of freely downloadable resources designed by leading music educators to encourage progress and keep you motivated. What’s more, they are slim, stylish, and have a beautiful sound.

So, what are you waiting for? Enter the contest to win one of these incredible prizes and celebrate the musician’s journey from home to online studio through to performing your music on-stage—virtually perhaps, or eventually in front of a live audience.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy, but you can only enter once below this article. In a comment, tell us who in your home is most likely to start learning a new instrument this year and what instrument will it be: a piano like the great Casio ones we are giving away, or a different instrument?.

What you can win

At the end of this contest we will select two (2) winners: one will receive the Casio 61-Key Electric Keyboard (CT-S100); the other will receive the Casio 88-Key Weighted Hammer Action Digital Piano (CDP-S350).

This contest runs from Jan 15th until Jan 29th.

Remember, you can enter only once below this article for these keyboards. However, share this contest with your family and friends just like you share the music you love, so they too have the chance to win.

  1. My young son has taken an interest in music, I believe he would be the first to learn how to play the piano.

  2. For my son his 7th birthday is in feb and would love to have as birthday gift. He went to piano classes for 2 months before pandemic but could not continue after that

  3. Both my kids are very interested in learning to play an instrument. We have a trumpet that no one in our family knows how to play, but my kids managed to make really clear sounds with it and now they are playing the way they like it. A keyboard will be a great addition to our family as it will create an opportunity for them to start learning the basics of music. Thank you for creating this give away, you never know how it might change someone’s life.

  4. I studied the piano until I entered university, over 40 years ago. I never touch it. But a Casio keyboard would entice me to start relearning. Thanks for the chance!

  5. For myself. I want to play the keyboard/piano so I can learn the intro to “Bat Out of Hell” by Meatloaf.

  6. I have a small harp that I am teaching myself to play but I’d love to get back to the piano.

  7. My son would be most interested in learning an instrument. Piano would be an amazing skill to acquire at his young age.

  8. Me. I am currently working on learning to play the violin, but i would LOVE my son to try a keyboard. I have read so many studies of music helping children with ADHD and i would love the opportunity for him to give it a try.

  9. The “Casio 88-Key Weighted Hammer Action Digital Piano (CDP-S350)”, sounds amazing. I am the one who would love to learn how to play the piano or keyboard. Something I have always wanted to do. If I did, I would teach my 2 young grandkids who are 6 and 8, and both very musical. I bought them Ukuleles, for Christmas a few years ago and they love them and always trying to come up with a tune to play, quite funny. My mom played piano and she was amazing. She is 97 now and has not played the piano in some time. I am 68 and have so much time on my hands, would be a great time to start now.

  10. We all can play the piano so the larger keyboard would be great to hone up on our skills. Maybe guitar will be our next challenge.

  11. Thank you Bestbuy.ca for the opportunity to win such a great prize. I will gift it to my grandson son.

  12. If I win, t would go to my husband. It would give him a chance to get back into playing the keyboard. He used to have one but it got lost in a move and he never replaced it.

  13. My 13 year old grand daughter would love to learn to play the key board since all after school activities have been cancelled since the covid lockdown.

  14. I think my sister would enjoy it as she played when she was younger but stopped for a number of years. Something she can do with her son as well.

  15. My daughter just started learning piano via an app. aphysical keyboard would be much better than the touch screen app keyboard.

  16. I’d love to have a keyboard. I used to play by ear and with simple notes but would love to be able to get back to it and learn more
