Advanced technology for gaming greatness

Every semi-pro gamer and casual weekend warrior knows the benefits of adding a gaming monitor to their station. And LG are experts at delivering the advanced technology you need to optimize the graphics-intensive games you love to play. Take this LG 27UD59P monitor for example. Jacob McCourt reviewed this monitor for Best Buy Canada, and he was impressed with how the 4K resolution showcased graphics with astounding attention to detail, as well as the way FreeSync technology eliminated GPU artifacting and screen tearing. He also noted how the Black Stabiliser feature enhanced contrast and provided greater definition in darker scenes.

Standing with a depth of just 8″, and sporting a minimalist design, this discreet monitor blends seamlessly with almost any living room, den, bedroom, or home office, and its compact footprint requires little desk space while still offering 27″ of Ultra HD real estate to feast your eyes on. Designed for work as well as play, you can effortlessly rotate the display between portrait and landscape modes, which is ideal for tasks such as computer programming, web editing, and blogging.

  1. I’d connect it to Dell Inspiron 5680 Gaming PC (Intel Core i58400/ 1TB HDD/ 8GB RAM/ NVIDIA GTX/ Windows 10!

  2. I would connect LG 27UD59P to my Microsoft surface pro (5) as sometimes when working on sheets, my surface pro screen is not enough.

  3. I’d definitely hook up my HP laptop and my Switch! Sometimes a smaller screen is more convenient when you are in a smaller space.

  4. I would connect my Nintendo Switch to it so I could play while my little boy could watch his cartoons and play.

    Both happy that way!

  5. I would hook up that amazing monitor to the also amazing ASUS ROG Strix Call of Duty Gaming PC(Intel Core i7/2TB HDD/256GB SSD/16GB RAM/GeForce RTX 2080)-Eng. What a step up that would be from my current set-up.

  6. I’d hook it up to this beast of an upcoming box: ASUS ROG Strix Call of Duty Gaming PC(Intel Core i7/2TB HDD/256GB SSD/16GB RAM/GeForce RTX 2080)-Eng
    and smash those COD noobs.

  7. I’d connect it to the PS4 so that my son can play on the PS4 and I still get to watch the TV at the same time.

  8. I would connect my Nintendo Switch. This monitor would be perfect because I use an ordinary 22 inch monitor right now and using the TV is too big. As I have gaming / playing on my computer desk. Thank you for choosing me as a winner.

  9. HP OMEN 15.6″ Gaming Laptop – Black (Intel Core i7 8750H/1TB HDD/128GB SSD/12GB RAM/GTX 1060)
A fast machine, not too big to drag around. The LG makes a great secondary (primary?) screen when it’s at home.
Despite the specs it wouldn’t be used as a gaming machine: it also makes a great box for running multiple virtual machines in a development environment.

  10. Someone stole our sons PS4 and all his games and headphones his little television. So this would be a big help if we were to win it. We hope to have a PlayStation in place for Christmas and all the other things will just have to wait for another time.

I know this is more then he would need, but it would help us out a lot.

  11. The HP Spectre x360 15.6″ 2-in-1 Laptop (Intel Core i7-8550U/512GB SSD/16GB RAM/Windows 10). I think the kids would love to see the great graphics coming from this laptop when they are playing games.

  12. Wow! I’m impressed by this monitor. I like it for its 4K UHD and IPS technology features. 5ms is not bad for gaming. I’d definitely would love to use this monitor for gaming. Both me and my husband game a lot, would love to win 1 and buy another 1, for each of us. I’d connect it to my consoles such as Playstation 4 if it’s me. If it’s my husband, he’d connect it to his gaming PC, which he’s built it himself, and he is planning to put together another new one sometime soon, so this monitor would be perfect for him!

  13. I would connect it to a HP Spectre x360 15.6″ 2-in-1 Laptop (Intel Core i7-8550U/512GB SSD/16GB RAM/Windows 10). I love convertibles but inevitably at some point you need to connect it to a full size monitor to get the best viewing experience!

  14. I would connect it to a Dell Gaming PC (Intel i7-8700/1TB HDD/256GB SSD/16GB RAM/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070/Windows 10) but only after a few additions and modifications!

  15. I would most like to connect it to a Dell Gaming PC (Intel i7-8700/1TB HDD/256GB SSD/16GB RAM/NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070/Windows 10) After I’ve made some additional modifications!

  16. I would connect this to the Lenovo IdeaCentre 510A Desktop PC – Gun Metal (Intel Core i5-7400/1TB HDD/8GB RAM/Windows 10)computer for my kids. We have to get a new computer since school now has everything online for their homework 🙁
This computer looks like it will do the job for three kids doing school work.

  17. I would connect the LG 27UD59P monitor to a PS4 for the ultimate gaming experience with friends and family

  18. I would connect this to my trustworthy mule of a pc, because my current monitor set up has two differently sized monitors and it bugs me. I would like this one because it more closely is the size of my better monitor of the two.

  19. I would connect it to ASUS 17.3″ Gaming Laptop (Intel Core i7-8750H/1TB SSHD/128GB SSD/16GB RAM/NVIDIA GTX 1050Ti/Win 10)

  20. I would connect this to my small and sleek Lenovo yoga 710, because it is fast and will show its power on this big beautiful display!

  21. I would connect the Dell Inspiron 15.6″ Laptop – Black (Intel Core i3-7130U/1TB HDD/8GB RAM/Windows 10) computer because I love Dell products!

  22. I would like to hook this up to an ASUS 17.3″ Gaming Laptop for the mobility and great gaming experience!!

  23. I would love to connect this monitor with my razer blade 15 and with Xbox one. I can see myself playing days and nights Forza 4 on it and plus rotating the screen is sweet which is really effective for my productivity sessions.

I would definitely love to win one.

  24. My boyfriend would immediately take this win lol he would choose Dell Gaming PC Intel i7-8700/1TB because it has a large hard drive which means lots of space for his games!

  25. Definitely the ASUS ROG G20CI Gaming PC (Intel Core i7-7700/ 512GB SSD/ 16GB RAM/ NVIDIA GeForce GTX1070/ Win 10). ESO is beautiful, but it makes my laptop grind to try to run the Dolmen groups in the desert. THese two together would make for the perfect experience.
