 The summer months are rapidly approaching, and while that typically coincides with a slowdown in game releases, June is anything but. There are so many incredible titles arriving soon—across all major gaming platforms—you’d practically think the fall rush is upon on. Games like Mirror’s Edge: Catalyst, Paragon: Essentials Edition, Kirby Planet Robobot, Mighty No. 9, LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness are merely scratching the surface of what you can play over the next month. Fable was a big deal ten years ago, and like Bungie’s “Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary” before it, its makers decided to bring the landmark title lovingly back. More than a simple reskinning, Fable: Anniversary is a ‘ground up’ remastering of “Fable: The Lost Chapters”, and a delightful return to Albion.

Fall is rapidly approaching, which for me always means a few things: beautiful autumn leaves, cooler weather, and of course, back to school time. Video game fans will also know that the new school year marks the beginning of the fall gaming bonanza where publishers roll out their most anticipated AAA games of the year. To keep you in the loop on what games will be the talk of the campus this school year, here are the top games everyone will be playing.

E3 2016 is officially in the books, wrapping up my second year in a row providing highlights on Best Buy’s Plug-In blog, and fifth time overall attending the greatest gaming show on Earth. Now that I have a moment to reflect on the show, I’d thought I’d take this opportunity to tell you all my best highlights of the show!

It was probably the most anticipated game of E3 2012, and then the most anticipated game of E3 2013. Finally, Watch Dogs is out for pretty well every major console (WiiU coming soon) and promises to be one of the most tense, nail biting thrill ride games in years, stepping you in the shoes of an anti-hero hacker.
