Now that Apple is putting out its own Pencil stylus for the iPad, it lends further credence to the idea of using a stylus to write or jot something down. Adonit has built its reputation over the last few years on crafting styli that look good, feel comfortable and perform with aplomb. There are now four different versions available, and they are universal, meaning you can use them on any iOS, Android or Windows tablet.

Hipstreet Phoenix is the affordable family tablet

I started seriously looking at the 25.4 cm (10″) Hipstreet Phoenix when one of the youngest family members cracked the screen on the shared family tablet for the second time. The Phoenix cost less than a repair and turned out to be sturdier as well with some terrific features.

Review: BenQ HT3050 1080P Rec. 709 Home Theatre Projector

0
For those looking for big picture, getting past 75” can get quite costly; you’re stepping up into panels that are larger, heavier, and eat up a lot of power. I should know, I recently upgraded to a VIZIO M70-C3 and I’m loving it. But my heart has always been with home theatre projector. In the right environment, a projector can give you a picture that is bright and beautiful, at screen sizes that are metaphorically bank-breaking when you try to spec them out with a panel. Best Buy sent over the BenQ HT3050 for me to review. I did; read on to see how it performed.

Review: Polk Omni SB1 – A Sound Bar and Wireless Music...

0
The Polk Audio SB1 Soundbar is one of the most impressive soundbars you will find. Not only does it have excellent sound that greatly improves your home theatre experience, you can use it to wirelessly fill your home with sound by adding other speakers, and they don’t even have to be Polk. Similar to Sonos, Denon HEOS, or Bose Soundtouch you can create a variety of sound experiences throughout your home with a tremendous amount of ease and no messy wires.

Fender Shootout! The Squier Bullet Stratocaster vs. Squier Vintage Modified 70s...

0
Almost all major guitar manufacturers now carry at least two brands of guitar under their umbrella. You have the one “name” brand that is the premiere flagship brand and then a less expensive brand that makes more affordable versions of the classics. Gibson Guitars has the Epiphone brand, ESP has LTD, and Fender has Squier. And while these guitars are more affordable than their famous brothers, that doesn’t mean that they don’t play and sound great, especially considering their price points. This blog will look at two Squier Stratocasters and discuss playability, sound, and value.
