New Hisense appliances and AI capabilities announced at CES 2025.

Hisense is exhibiting at CES 2025 in Las Vegas with plans to showcase numerous home appliances for the kitchen and beyond. These appliances are designed to enhance your life by adding smart features that maximize space, keep food fresher, longer, and help inspire your cooking. The brand will also be demonstrating a revamped ConnectLife experience, the highlight of which is that it will now work within a larger smart home ecosystem through support for Google Home and Matter devices.

Hisense ConnectLife: smarter solutions for everyday cooking

Shown at CES 2024, ConnectLife is a smart ecosystem to foster more intelligent cooking. For example, try Dish Designer, an AI-powered recipe assistant developed in collaboration with Microsoft using Azure Studio. With Dish Designer, you can create personalized recipes based on what you have on hand, as well as your dietary restrictions or preferences. ConnectLife also works across other Hisense devices, including TVs and laundry machines. In 2025, Hisense is expanding ConnectLife to work with third-party Google Home or Matter compatible smart home products as well.

This means you can integrate your Hisense TV or home appliance with your smart doorbell, smart window shades, lighting, and more. Everything can be controlled from a single app as you create one-touch modes and custom automations that are personal to you. Using the intuitive 3D room view in ConnectLife, you can monitor and control all the connected devices easily.

New Hisense appliances at CES 2025

Alongside ConnectLife, Hisense is showcasing new home appliances at its CES 2025 booth. Here are some of the most notable ones:

Hisense Jumbo side-by-side refrigerator

Jumbo side-by-side refrigerator

What sets this fingerprint-resistant, stainless-steel refrigerator apart from others is that it’s designed to offer more capacity inside without requiring a larger exterior footprint. It achieves this via ultra-thin foam layers throughout. Another standout feature is a dedicated pizza space where you can conveniently store large-sized pies.

Additionally, it has sliding dividers and adjustable door bins to keep items organized. There’s also an antibacterial liner and LED lighting inside. While many fridges have ice and water dispensers, this one is conveniently tall enough to accommodate even large tumblers.

You will be able to get this refrigerator with a built-in 22-inch ConnectLife screen to access recipes, manage smart devices, and view streaming media. Or you can opt for a version without the screen.

Hisense FreshVault refrigerator

FreshVault French door refrigerator

Another innovative fridge on display at the show is the FreshVault French door refrigerator, which focuses on food preservation. Families often save money by buying in bulk. But you might worry that meat, poultry, fruits, and vegetables will go bad quickly, leading to food waste or a jam-packed freezer. Conversely, single individuals and couples might buy for the week but find they don’t get through the groceries quickly enough. This fridge is designed to help keep food fresher, longer, something that will appeal to all types of homeowners.

How does it accomplish this? The fridge features a vacuum-sealed drawer that creates a low-oxygen environment. According to Hisense, this can purportedly keep meat fresh for up to five days. This also helps keep the fridge free from 99.99% of bacteria.

Additionally, the fridge comes with a VersaTemp+ middle drawer as well with flexible temperature control. The drawer also has a three-layer vacuum glass door with anti-UV and Low-E technology that makes it a great option for storing wine and beverages for chilling. Available in black stainless steel, this fridge has the same tall ice and water dispenser as the Jumbo side-by-side fridge.

Hisense LuxCare mini washer and dryer

LuxCare Mini washer-dryer combo

Over in the laundry category, Hisense is showing the LuxCare Mini washer-dryer combo. Designed for the bedroom or walk-in closet, it’s a convenient way to wash delicates and intimates. It uses Active Water Washing Technology that involves billions of microbubbles penetrating fabric fibres. This action gently removes stains while avoiding harsh agitation that can damage fabrics.

You can run a rapid 79-minute wash and dry cycle. There’s even an auto-dosing system that can hold enough detergent for up to 15 cycles for quick and easy washing. Part of the wash process is steam sanitization, which helps remove 99.99% of bacteria, 100% of mites, and perform HPV inactivation.

Since the machine is “whisper quiet”, you won’t mind having it in a walk-in closet or corner of a bedroom and running it overnight. And since it’s compact, it can fit into all types of smaller spaces.

Hisense Ultra Slim window air conditioner

Smart UltraSlim air conditioner

What consumers will love most about the Hisense Smart UltraSlim window air conditioner is that it can reportedly be installed in just 15 minutes using the included installation bracket. The bracket is also designed to last up to 10 years and for at least 10 installation and uninstallation cycles.

It’s a 12,000 BTU inverter unit that can cool a space up to 550 square feet in size, perfect for a large living room or main floor of a small home. It runs silently and employs an L-shaped design that allows for effective cross flow of air from the fan.

It’s also energy efficient thanks to sliding side curtains that isolate outdoor air. This reduces leaks and blocks excess light, affording privacy as well. When used with the ConnectLife app, you can remotely monitor, schedule, and control the window AC. Since it’s Matter-certified, it will also integrate with other smart home platforms.

Hisense SmartTower portable air conditioner

Also Matter-compatible, the Smart Tower portable air conditioner employs a sleek and modern design that will fit within any home aesthetic. It is an 8,000 BTU unit that can cool an area up to 350 square feet that’s as long as 21 feet and as high as seven feet.

Like the window AC, set-up is quick and simple. This is thanks to a press-and-snap air duct hose and easy-slide window panel. There’s also an auto-drain system and drain adapter for simple maintenance.

You’ll get effective cooling thanks to the advanced vertical crossflow fan and wide-angle rotation. Energy-efficient inverter technology minimizes power consumption and reduces noise, two factors that are important for homeowners today.

Hisense has convenience, smarts, and inspiration in mind for 2025

These announcements are just the tip of the iceberg of what Hisense has coming for 2025. Each new product targets a specific customer pain point. If you wish you could hold more food in your refrigerator without taking up more floor space, for example, the Jumbo side-by-side refrigerator could be the solution. Anyone can get behind keeping food fresher, longer, and the FreshVault French door refrigerator hones in on this need. Plus, there are small but appreciated features, like the water and ice dispenser that can fit your extra-large mugs and Matter compatibility so Hisense appliances can become part of a larger smart home. All the latest appliances from Hisense help contribute to a smarter and more comfortable home overall.
