Now on the 3DS, Mario Golf: World Tour branches into the realm of the third dimension, and with online and local multiplayer, this is one little golf game that isn’t so little.

After years of anticipation, Disney Interactive’s hit “toys to live” franchise, Disney Infinity, is ready to take us to a galaxy far, far away. Disney Infinity 3.0, set for release on August 28, will be centred on Lucasfilm’s iconic Star Wars Universe for the very first time!

 This week, Melanie and I took advantage of our time at E3 to stop by the booths of companies offering cutting-edge devices for gamers. These include Alienware, Thrustmaster and Emtec to discover their new GEM Box, a tiny Android box that lets you stream and download a wide range of video games.

 It’s Pokémon’s 20th anniversary, and to ring in this huge milestone the franchise is “mega evolving” into the exciting realm of real-time fighting. Pokkén Tournament on Wii U lets you directly control your favourite Pokémon, all represented in vivid HD, and challenge other Pokémon trainers to intense, visually-stunning 3D arena-style matches. It’s big, it’s bold, and it’s beautiful; Pokémon fans won’t want to miss this one!

The Last of Us Part I has seen a massive overhaul that takes advantage of new hardware with spectacular visuals, improved gameplay and audio.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is a next gen re-release of the 2011 PSP title. A fairly violent title that takes place in the Fabula Nova Crystallis subseries, Type-0 HD tweaks a couple of things from the original and sets course on a long story mode and fun side missions. Come take a look!

Today at a special press conference in New York, Sony announced a slimmer and lighter PlayStation 4 system, and finally pulled the curtain back on their powerful new PlayStation 4 Pro. Earlier in the year, Sony acknowledged that an improved PS4 console was coming, and now we know what it will feature: support for 4K quality images and high-dynamic-range technology. Games on PS4 Pro will look richer and more detailed for the best game experience possible. The great news? Both of these PS4 consoles are expected to arrive before the holidays!
