Thinkware Dash Cams are easy to setup and use devices that deliver a wide range of benefits. Many people are aware that they could use the captured footage from a dash cam to help establish their innocence if they get into accident. However, they may not be aware of some of the other amazing benefits dash cams offer. You’ll find out for yourself how great these are if you read the information below before entering this contest. And if you enter this contest, you might win one of eight new Thinkware dash cams.
Thinkware dash cams are easy to use
I’ve sent Thinkware dash cams to various writers and there are a few commonalities across these reviews. First of all, they all found the installation and set up of the device extremely simple. For example, Dave Neufeld wrote, “Getting up and running with the Thinkware F70 Dashcam could scarcely be much easier.” In her review, Shelly Wutke said, “… it couldn’t have been easier.” Matt Paligaru explains how easy it is to install the front camera of the F200 he was sent then stated, “Installing the rear camera is just as easy.” And, after testing the F800 Brad Moon stated, “First up, installation of the dash cam was easy.”
See a pattern here? Multiple different independent reviewers, using different Thinkware dash cam models, all found that these are easy to set up. Furthermore, they all had no issues with using them as intended.
Why would you want a dash cam
Another commonality across all of these reviewers was what they saw as an important reason to get a dashcam: insurance claims. No one likes to be falsely accused of causing an accident. Dash cam footage has been used by many people to prove their innocence when the evidence was unclear or especially when the other party in the accident was not honest. Dash cam footage has also been used to help people get out of traffic tickets issued erroneously. “I didn’t go through a red light, officer; and, I can prove it!”
If you have teenagers, then a dash cam is a great motivator for them to driver responsibly: everything will be recorded and reviewed when the car is returned. Speaking of reviewing footage: you can also do this after a week of driving to help self-diagnose bad habits and become a safer driver youself.
Of course, you are likely familiar with one other benefit: capturing amazing or shocking events. I live on a tiny island, where the deer outnumber people 3 to 1, so I would likely capture a ton of footage of deer crossing the road if I had one. But YouTube has many examples of people capturing really cool footage like fireballs and meteorites—all thanks to owning a dashcam.

Good Luck
I think I would like the Thinkware F70. Like to catch images of wildlife with it.
Never had a dash cam but have been thinking it would be great to have if I am in an accident or my vehicle is damaged by another driver who tries to weasel out of the blame. The Thinkware Q800PRO 2K QHD 1440p Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Hardwiring Cable would be the best to have, but any would be nice to win.
Thinkware F200DG 1080p Dashcam & 720p Rear Camera with Wi-Fi & GPS. I like this one. This would protect me on the streets of Toronto.
The Thinkware Q800PRO 2K QHD 1440p Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Hardwiring Cables is likely the one I’d pay to have put in my car, but any of the prizes would be great to have in case I am in an accident or someone does a hit and run when I am not in the vehicle.
i like the q800 pro because it has driver assist
i like X700 ! dual all the way
The F800 is my favourite and I would hope to capture any erratic drivers
Thinkware U1000 4K UHD Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Wi-Fi and I would love to capture some videos of long family road trips!
Thinkware Q800PRO 2K QHD 1440p Dash Cam with Rear Camera hits the sweet spot for clarity and convenience of capturing both the front and rear of the vehicle. Parking Surveillance mode is a handy tool to keep a record of any mischief or any accidents while parked out on the driveway. Only thing missing is an interior camera to capture the occupants which would be great when I drive for Uber/Lyft.
I think I would like the F-70… it would be great to have in case of an accident and also to catch some wildlife shots.
the Thinkware Q800PRO 2K Dashcam with Wi-Fi would be great proof if I was in an accident caused by someone else

i like the Thinkware Q800PRO 2K QHD 1440p Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Hardwiring Cable. I would use it to hopefully catch anyone who crashes into me!
The Q800Pro, so I can film someone if they fender-bender me. Boom
Q800 sounds awesome
Thinkware U1000 4K UHD Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Wi-Fi is the camera I would love to win. It would allow me to catch whoever is always putting their coffee cup on my vehicle antenna while it sits in the parking lot.. It is becoming a real pain
Thinkware Q800PRO 2K Dashcam with Wi-Fi would be fantastic. Hoping to keep my driving record clean in case there’s ever a dispute with insurance.
Q800 sounds awesome
Thinkware Q800PRO 2K QHD 1440p Dash Cam with Rear Camera & Hardwiring Cable because it has high resolution and a rear camera.
I really love Thinkware F800 1080p Dashcam with Super Night Vision & WiFi and wish to win the same. My friend has been using it for long and is just amazing. Love to win this.
The Q800Pro…I have always wanted a dashcam to document exciting moments and to help protect my family
The Q800Pro…it sounds super amazing!
Q800 please
Thinkware F70 would be my choice, to capture nature and wildlife.
The Q800Pro…it sounds amazing!
Thinkware Q800PRO 2K Dashcam with Wi-Fi. I have an 8 year old Subaru Impreza That does not have the safety features. The lane departure nad impact warnings would be a great help at my age.
The Q800Pro is great love the wide viewing angle
U1000 4K UHD with WiFi, for the security aspect.
I’ve never had a dash cam before, but often considered getting one. I think I’d like the Thinkware U1000 4K UHD Dash Cam. It seems like important films and images are always so blurry or pixelated that it would be impossible to say what actually happened to whom. I imagine 4K technology would help with that.
I like the Thinkware F800 Full HD 1080p Dash Cam & Rear Camera with Wi-Fi & GPS. It would be a great asset as it would help my wife capture obstacles behind our vehicle – She keeps driving into shopping carts!
The Q800pro would be perfect. In the last year I had my vehicle keyed and my licence plate stolen so the optional Parking Surveillance Mode feature would come in handy!
I would like the x700 model.
The Q800Pro is great. To capture reckless drivers and pedestrians as well as the beautiful scenerynof Canada 🙂
The Q800 pro is my choice, the advanced driver assistance system is an amazing feature.
The X700 to capture the moments
The Q800Pro is perfect. I’d love to capture the nature and wildlife on a drive through Northern Ontario
If the X700 Thinkware DashCam were in my arsenal of security for my vehicle, I would be so pleased. I would be able to get footage of perpetrators trying to get into my vehicle or doing damage to my vehicle. The cost for the X700 on Best Buy is also very affordable.
Thinkware F800 Dashcam!!! 🙂
Thanks for the chance to win
Thinkware Q800 Pro sounds awesome!
Thinkware F800 1080p Dashcam with Super Night Vision & WiFi for me! For the resolution and capabilities!
Thinkware F70 Full HD 1080p Dashcam is my choice. I like the roof mount.
Thinkware U1000 4K UHD Dash Cam with Wi-Fi – 150 degree is fantastic and I would need to get 1 rear-view camera – I like to feel that I am in control when it comes to my security all angles coverage
Super Night Vision being corrupted would increase sound noises for default interruption to occur, when it works, clearer picture will follow. Its cloud never interrupts multi-paths sounds from various default background – extra cameras can be added by streaming I could cover the whole neighbourhood.
Thinkware Q800PRO 2K Dashcam with Wi-Fi
Thinkware F800 1080p Dashcam with Super Night Vision & WiFi I really like that it has the night vision and I would use it to capture road trips
