Many years ago, when my children were younger, I bought a projector to use as the main display in my basement home theatre. I was shocked that it never stayed in one place: my wife would move it to the bedroom to watch a movie when she was sick in bed, my kids would move it to their bedrooms for sleepovers, and I even took it to work a couple times for presentations. Would put in our family room.
Not only does it have AMAZING features; I have 2 little ones both under three. They always try to touch my huge TV I swear one day it will fall on them. BUT WITH A PROJECTOR THERE WOULD BE NO WORRIES :).

My favourite feature is simply how versatile it is – we talked about using a projector outside in my stepdads yard to project onto the side of the house to watch movies outside in the summer…I never thought of gaming with it though, wow! I also love that it’s simply plug and go – I figured setup would be more technical. I’d totally use this for Halloween as well.
I would use it in the living room – we have massive walls due to vaulted ceilings in our duplex and it would be amazing on those walls! I could see it being very useful at work though…decisions..
