What are you looking for in a new TV? A great picture, of course. And a large screen. And smart features. I’m sure there are many things you want in a new TV. But what is the most important feature for you. Enter this contest and you’ll definitely be happy with the amazing features in the Sony XBR55X900E 4K TV that Best Buy is giving away as the prize.

What is the most important feature of a new TV

You won’t find a TV with a cathode-ray, a massive footprint, or a turn-dial for changing channels on the shelves at Best Buy. Instead you’ll see rows and rows of amazing colours, big screens, thin screens, tiny bezels, and versatile, easy to use smart features. In fact, the TV selection has never been better! They are light enough to mount on most walls, bright enough to be clear enough in a very sunny room, and show colours more naturally than ever.

The Sony 55″ 4K UHD HDR LED Android Smart TV (XBR55X900E) is a great example of the best of the best in TV technology and here are a few of its key features:

4K screen: 4K is the new standard for high definition. In fact, this television will make any signal better, even HD quality programming. However, when you watch 4K movies on this screen, you won’t ever want to go back.

HDR: this technology pairs beautifully with 4K resolution screens to make blacker blacks and colours vibrant and realistic.

Triluminos display: Sony adds another dimension of colour vibrancy to ensure reds, blues and greens are shown in the correct hue from more viewing angles, no matter how bright or dim your room is.

Android Smart Operating system: Intelligent, easy to use functions and access to an ever increasing set of applications allow you to get more from your television.

55 inch display: Big screens are simply better! Immerse yourself in the experience.

Voice Control enabled: Speak into the remote for convenient access to content, and control of your televisions features. Additionally, use Google home enabled devices to issue commands.

  1. The size of the screen is the most important feature to me – I’ve never had that big of a screen!

  2. My last tv and my current TV have both been Sony sets. They have performed wonderfully for me. I would love to win this set and move onto 4K content.

  3. Voice controlled remote? Whaaaaaa?!?! The future is here. That would be so cool, especially for when you have both hands full of popcorn 😉

  4. Definitely looking to upgrade my tv to 4K. Have had my current tv for a very long time. Thanks for the chance to win!

  5. I can’t wait to watch cutting edge movies in 4K with my family. The quality is breathtaking and to have that in house is a must.

  6. I like the sleek look and the amazing picture quality, these are features that I look for

  7. 4K is very important to me as my 11 grandson tells me it will give me the best picture quality.

  8. Voice control enabled would be best for me I am in a wheelchair and my hands are really bad as well as my eyesight the voice control would eliminate those small buttons and I wouldn’t have to buy a new remote every few months from dropping it, I barely watch tv unless my boyfriend is home but with the voice control I think I’d be able to watch a little more tv as well as the 55″ I’d also be able to see it

  9. I had a Sony XBR ??? for many many years, it was great. We upgraded to a 42″ Panasonic viera TV that just died on Monday Feb. 26th after 12 or more years so I’m looking for a replacement. I need vivid color so I can enjoy all my favorite programs and Netflix. Being a senior, voice recognition and an even bigger screen would help me a lot! I’ve been perusing tvs on-line and this contest popped up. I think and hope it’s a lucky sign!

    p.s. In the entry, what

  10. The features of this TV are fabulous, especially when I am currently watching shows with my old 42” Sony: it still has a decent picture but it hasn’t heard of things like a USB port.

  11. I would love to upgrade my small little 27inch tv that is about 12 years old for this!! Many great features but 55inch and would love to try out voice recognition too! Please pick me!
