For my family the best feature of the Audio-Technica M50X headphone is that the ear cups swivel 90 degrees for easy one-ear monitoring
having owned monitor headphones in the past (AKGs) and sold them for one of the ‘modern’ headphones, you realize how much you miss that studio quality sound. the 45mm driver lends to that quite nicely as well as a comfortable seal around the ear.
With musicians in the house and an electronic piano, we need monitor headphones and these are perfect for that application with accurate sound reproduction using a 45 mm driver.
