I actually sent this product to Dave Neufeld for a review from a gamers viewpoint, and to Brad Moon for a review from a productivity viewpoint. Dave found that as a gamer, this was the ultimate epicenter of his gaming setup. I’m finding that no matter how much I think I need, it’s never enough. I just upgraded my photo storage to 2TB and I’m worried that will be full before I blink.

As of now, since I dont hoard a lot of things, I think I would need no more than 250 GB, however, 500 GB is certainly a welcome addition.

I think the ideal size for backup data from computers in my home would be around 2 to 3 TB. While 500GB can work fine, more data mean more backup capability in term of journal backup and other features.
With 2 computers and 4 mobile devices to back up 4 terabytes is what my family needs.

To start 400 Gb would be enough. I am sure the need would increase with more photos.

i have had my eye on a 10tb. i have a couple of 2tb, keep those as backups, and move everything to a 10tb.

What I do on the computer is low scale but my skill set might grow as I become more user friendly so 1 TB might seem quite a lot for now; watch out world, I`m just getting started

For a hardcore gamer and entrepreneur like me a minimum storage capacity of 3tb is required to keep all the data and logs saved.
