Cuphead is a classic run and gun action game heavily focused on boss battles. It’s clear to see that Cuphead gets its inspiration from the cartoons of the 1930’s. The visuals and audio are painstakingly created with traditional hand drawn and hand inked cel animation. More over, the game features watercolour backgrounds, and original jazz recordings.

Play as Cuphead or Mugman, in single player or co-op. Your journey will take you to strange worlds. Along the way you’ll acquire new weapons, learn powerful super moves, and discover hidden secrets. Cuphead is all action, all the time.

One of the mostly highly-anticipated games of the year, Star Wars Battlefront II is one of the most robust Star Wars gaming experiences to date. The game’s world is over three times the size of its predecessor. There are more heroes, locations and vehicles from every cinematic era, deeper customization, progression, and enhanced space battles.

Star Wars Battlefront II features an all-new single player campaign. You’ll experience a previously untold Star Wars story from the unique perspective of Iden Versio, leader of the Imperial special forces unit, Inferno Squad. Take your game online in six different multiplayer modes: Starfighter Assault, Galactic Assault, Strike, Blast, Heroes vs. Villains, and Arcade.

  1. I’ve tried a few times to get into Assassin’s Creed games, but have never been able to keep interested in them. This new one looks like one that I want to stay interested in. I’m sure at some point if will be added to my collection.

There are a few other games on this list that I’m interested in: Cuphead, Star Wars & Middle-Earth: Shadow of War. At some point those games will make an appearance in my collection as well.

I’ve thought in the past a few times about trying to get into an NHL video game, but have never bought the bullet. None of the friends that I regularly game with are really into these games, so I think I will wait and hope that next year there is a Switch version of an NHL game. I kind of want to do most of my gaming on that system if possible.
