Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. New Pokemon coming out and any info on next gen consoles !
If I’m being completely honest I’m super hyped to hear more about the new Releases for the Nintendo Switch. Especially Pokémon Sword and Shield. Looks like a major improvement from what we saw in the Let’s Go games.
I can’t wait to play Ubisoft’s Beyond Good and Evil 2. I played the first one so many years ago and the second outing looks absolutely spectacular.
Technically not a ‘new’ announcement, but I can’t wait to get my hands on Code Vein by Bandai Namco releasing sometime this year! Definitely one of my most anticipated games. Huge fan of the genre and can’t wait to die, and die again. I was lucky enough to play the Beta demo and enjoyed every minute of it.
The 2019 announcement that has me the most excited is Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield. Developed by Game Freak in collaboration with The Pokemon Company, published by Nintendo.
It has me excited because its pokemon. It’s a franchise I’ve grown up with, one I’ve loved my whole life, from adolescence and now into adulthood. The new wild area announcement has me stoked. It’s the closest thing we’ve ever gotten to the pokemon game we all truly want one day. A massive open world rpg with the pokemon simply roaming around, a breath of the wild reimagining if you will. I’m excited to explore the Galar Region and find all the new pokemon with my main pal Grookey.
I’m most excited to see what Microsoft has in store for us!! They flexed A LOT of money last year buying studios left and right so, it’s time to see what Microsoft has up its sleeves!! Also gimme gears 5 and halo on pc 🙂
I’m anxiously waiting for Naughty Dog’s The Last of Us Pt II for PS4 since it was announced. I loved the first one and the gameplay in the trailer for part II looks amazing. I’m also a huge fan of their entire Unchartered series. I’ve finished them all.
Can’t wait to hear about what new consoles are on the horizon to bring gaming to the next level.

Most excited about the new ps5 by Sony I would like a ps4 pro
The pc gaming prize pack has me exited I I’m exited about everything E3 but I really am excited about Sony’s announcements .
The gaming announcement that has me the most excited in 2019 is the new Pokemon Sword and Shield games by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. This announcement is so important to me because I haven’t played any mainline Pokemon games in years and I can’t wait to experience what the Galar region has to offer!
I’m most looking forward to the a final Fantasy VII Remake by Square Enix!
This game has been in the make for many years now and the release date is possibly the end of this year. But I don’t mind if they take longer to perfect it.
Growing up, Final Fantasy VII on PS1 was the ‘go-to’ game for me and my friends. We’d talk about it non stop at school as it was such a breakthrough in gameplay and graphics at the time. I don’t think I have had nostalgia for any game more than FFVII. I can’t wait to play the new game for the first time again!

I am most excited for the Marvel’s Avengers game announcement by Square Enix coming next week. Reason being that my sons and I have been so invested in all things Marvel for so long. We even binged-watched all 22 Marvel movies in preparation for Infinity War last year and then Endgame this year. I’m already a huge comics fan and to be able to share with and pass it onto my sons takes it to another level.

Final Fanrazy 7 Remake has been in the make for some years now by Square Enix, the release date is possibly at the end of this year, 2019.
Growing up, Final Fantasy VII original was the to-go-to game for me and my close friends. We’d talk about it always as at school as it was so new at the time. I don’t think I have had nostalgia for any game more than FF7. I can’t wait to feel like a 14-15 year old kid again, playing the game for the first time but with a new look!

I can’t wait for Death Stranding, developed by Kohima & published by Sony. It was announced at E3 I’m 2016 by Hideo Kojima.
I have been waiting very (im)patiently for this release since I first heard about it 3 years ago. The main reason I am so excited is because it looks a little more original than some of the other games being released lately. From what I gathered in the trailers & info online, it is completely unique in terms of gameplay and storyline. I haven’t seen anything like it (someone correct me if I’m wrong).
Another reason I am excited is this is the first game to be released since Kojima left Konami. I really want to see what they do with this. Where they take it and how far! I think it will bring something fresh to the gaming table and I absolutely cannot wait to get my hands on it. Plus, being a major PS4 fan, I have always loved the exclusive games. I hope it remains exclusive!
I am most excited about Pokémon sword and shield by Nintendo. My five year old son fell in love with my favourite gaming series with Pokémon let’s go and I can’t wait to be able to play Pokémon sword or shield with him. I know it’s going to be something special!
My favourite console hands down would have to be the switch, I’m most excited for the revamped version of turok 2 to come to the wii system in 2019, it was my I absolute favourite game when I was 7 years old,I even remember the ultimate cheat, when Nintendo switch announced they were bringing a HD version back with 6 new worlds as well, I ways beyond excited.
I’m most excited about Nintendo’s remake of the Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for Switch. It was one of the best games for Gameboy. I have a lot of fond memories playing it during family road trips back in the day.
Gotta say the avengers project has be most hyped. It would be cool to see what the gameplay would be like. Square Enix is known for final fantasy but they also created just cause and tomb Raider so they are fully capable of suprising me so I I’m holding onto my seat for the reveal.
Pokémon shield
I’m most excited for the new Call Of Duty from Activision. Because brings back all the old characters from the previous Call Of Duty’s. And having the story of Price before he became captain. 🙂

Hi BestBuy! I’m most excited by Naughty Dog’s announcement of The Last of Us Part II for PS4. Ellie from TLOU has always been my favorite character and one that I’ve really related to. I really applaud Naughty Dog’s approach to storytelling and representation!

I’m really excited for Borderlands 3 from Gearbox Studios. I have over 400 hours in borderlands 2 where I had some of my best memories with friends online. I’m so excited to make more of those moments and have a new borderlands experience
Sony’s announcement of the PS5 has me most excited. It has been nearly six years since we got the PS4, so official news of its successor is very exciting. I can’t wait to see how the new consoles perform!

I am really excited for watch dogs legion for the pc, ps4 and Xbox one because it is a really interactive game and shows how cool and crazy technology can be. It is a great game and a good comparison to GTA V and let’s be honest the next GTA game is not going to be coming out for a while. It would be really cool to see watch dogs legion played on a ps4 pro to get the games full potential.
