Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. I’m really excited to see the 14 games that Xbox is coming out with for exclusives and more on Jedi fallen order. Would also like to see more on death stranding. Pretty much excited for everything haha
I read an article written by Tyler Fisher on comicbook.com with an update on the sequel game to the last of us; “The Last Of Us part 2”. I’ve spent countless hours playing The Last Of Us and was thrilled to hear about a sequel and from what I can gather from this article, it sounds like it will live up to my expectations. Can’t wait!
Can’t wait to hear more about Call of duty. Bring back the old style COD! When I saw the trailer and read the article by gamespot I got too excited. I loved the time I had playing the original Modern Warfare, and after that title I felt the series strayed to much away from what I thought was a perfect formula and balance. Not too much a fan of Arcady futuristic shooters. I’m looking so much forward for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare!
Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VII Remake is the most anticipated announcement for me personally since I’ve always been attracted to the Final Fantasy series and loved all the games prior to Final Fantasy X (until the newly released Final Fantasy XV). The original Final Fantasy VII was by far my favourite game in the series and from early trailers it looks like the remake will be a nice blend of the original story line, using new combat systems and gameplay incorporated into Final Fantasy XV. Hopefully Square Enix’s announcement will shed some positive news, but I guess we’ll see when they take the stage at E3.
I’m looking forward to hearing about fable 4! Also I really could use a Nintendo switch to play Pokemon
I’m most excited for the game Death Stranding for PS4 announced by Kojima Productions. I have been waiting for this game since it was originally announced At E3 2016, so to hear that it finally has a release date is pretty awesome. Kojima seems to have put a lot of effort into developing fresh concepts and game mechanics which, to me, will be a welcome change in the gaming landscape. I can’t wait for this game to come out!
Growing up as a kid watching and playing Pokemon was awesome! I still remember playing Pokemon red on my gameboy color through to completion and then restarting the game right after to try and beat it again haha It was more than just a game to me when I was a kid, it was a hobby! To see Pokemon come out with Pokemon go was also fantastic and I still play to date. I cannot wait for Pokemon Sword & Shield and would love to opportunity to win the Nintendo Prize Pack! I love me some Zelda as well. I still remember playing Zelda Ocarina of time and twilight princess in university in between classes. What a time! Also, many hours have been played on my brothers Nintendo Wii, however, unfortunately it has died and we will not be replacing it. I am looking to invest in a Nintendo Switch to play with him and enjoy some family time, so this would be perfect for that!

I am most excited about 343 industries new halo because Halo always brings me back to when i was young and the good old days. I am also excited for the new call of duty its getting a-lot of hype which is a good thing.
FFVII. love the final fantasy series
There’s two announcements that have me excited, trying to pick one but guess it’s a tie.
The first is Borderlands 3 by 2K. I loved the other two games, can’t wait for this entry in the series, looks great so far!
The second is The Avengers Project by Square Enix. I’m excited for this one mostly because I love the Marvel universe whether it be the comics, movies, tv shows, etc. I hope this will be a great (and fun) addition to their line up.

Animal crossing for switch by nintendo. Animal crossing new leaf was one of the most wholesome game I’ve ever played it always helped me whenever i was feeling down or alone
I am most excited for Bandai’s announcement about their collaboration with George R. R. Martin. Since I have become a father my gaming time and budget has changed drastically and find all I want from a game right now is longevity and value. From Software/Bandai’s Souls series have always filled that criteria and to possibly have some Game of Thrones quality writing or narrative would be unbelievable. I can only hope it’s on Sony’s PlayStation
Can’t wait to play Nintendo Super Smash Bros Ultimate for Switch. I still love all the Mario games.
I’m super hyped for Pokémon Sword on the Nintendo switch, waking up early to watch the Nintendo direct and find out more about my favourite game series. Pokémon sapphire was one of the first games I ever got and I probably put 500 hours into it on my Gameboy Sp which I bought from bestbuy back in the day.

I am so excited for The Last of Us Part II by Naughty Dog and Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PSN4! This announcement means a lot to me because I absolutely loved the first game! The game includes a queer protagonist and as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, representation in video games means a lot to me.
Always excited to hear or see more from CD Projekt and their continued work on Cyberpunk 2077! Definitely one of the game I am most excited to get my hands on when they release it! 🙂
I haven’t seen my comment pop up, so I’m not sure if my comment went through or not. I left a comment back when the replies were around 3,000 and have checked but nothing has been posted. If it didn’t go through, then the game/announcement I’m most looking forward to is anything about the Zelda series. I’ve been a big fan of Nintendo and the Zelda series since I was a little kid. Of course I’m a fan of Mario games too, but I was completely blown away by Breath of the Wild. What an incredible game. Nintendo really outdid themselves with that one. Link’s Awakening also looks amazing, and I can’t wait to play it. Really looking forward to whatever else they have in store for us.

I cant wait for Call of Duty- MODERN WARFARE. It was announced by Activision 5 days ago, I’m a fan of their games and I remember playing the original. I also can’t wait for Halo Infinite since I’m originally a Xbox player I grew up playing Halo. It would be great if I could win a PS4 or even a game for my Xbox.
I really enjoy the Assassins Creed games and I’ve always been very interested in Norse Mythology so I was very excited when I heard Ubisoft announce that the next Assassins Creed will take place in the Viking era, it sounds like it’s going to be a ton of fun!
The announcement that has me most excited for in 2019 is Electronic Art’s announcement of the release of their new game Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (developed by Respawn Entertainment and published by Electronic Arts). I’ve been a fan of all of EA’s Star Wars games to date, and I can’t to see where they go with this next installment.

I can’t wait for Last of Us 2 to come out. The first one was superb and had all the features that I crave including a choice of single & multiplay – both competitive & co-op. We really need more co-op games out there.
I am most excited for the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare from Infinity Ward and Activision. This announcement is so important to me because my younger brother took his life this past year, hearing of this release reminds me of how he introduced me to the world of Playstation and Call of Duty! Will be buying the game and playing it this year in his honour!

I’m truly excited for anything Nintendo! They’re back on the rise and every game they have planned looks so crisp and I can’t wait to play all of them. My girlfriend and I both love Nintendo and their games. They’re a wonderful company and that’s what I’m most excited for!
Stadia by Google is interesting because that should give us a good glimpse of where the future of the industry could be headed. More news about FF7 will be great to have as well. Cyberpunk 2077. This years e3 has a ton of great games so it should be pretty exciting.

I am most excited about The Avengers Project by Square Enix since Marvel cinematic universe is everyone’s first love and the creator announced about the game agreement with marvel to create marvel superhero games since 2017 and since then it has been under progress so i am really looking forward to see the result and whether it meets the aura of the marvel movie lineage because if it stands out the game would be super interesting since it can inculcate numerous stories from the original comics which are not there even in the movies and the creator can give us a series of games to play for a very long time.

The gaming announcement I’m most excited for is Borderlands 3, The manufacturer is 2K. My brother and I used to stay up many late nights bonding over the first Borderlands, I even got it PS Vita. This is one of my favourite games and I cannot wait for the new one to be released!

Final Fantasy VII Remake!! Been waiting since the announcement back in the ps3 era
I was very excited to hear AMD’s Radeon VII announcement at CES 2019! I think it’s going to really push Nvidia to develop more and it makes it really hard for Intel to make their entry into the market unless they push themselves. It’s looking like the next few years could be revolutionary in the graphics world!
I am most interested in the next Watch Dogs game from Ubisoft, as well as Star Wars: The Fallen Order from EA. The former is very intriguing as it is rumoured to be set in a city known for surveillance, is part of a promising franchise that I feel is still trying to prove itself. The latter is exciting because it’s a return to single-player Star Wars gaming that I grew up playing.
NINTENDO SWITCH: a must have console for every household.
My husband and I have both been gamers since we were young, the vintage photos with NES controllers in our tiny hands. We both spent hours playing games with our families and its something that we continue to keep as a tradition to this day. I am most excited for The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening for the Nintendo Switch which I first saw on Nintendo Direct. This is so important to me because Zelda is such an iconic game and holds a special place in all gamers hearts. We’ve played all Zelda games up until this point and we can’t wait to try this one!
I’m most excited about Halo Infinite by 343 Industries and Microsoft. I have fond memories of playing Halo 3 on Xbox360 back in the day, and none of the Halo titles since have been as great, imo. It’s one of the most intriguing upcoming Xbox One games, or potentially Xbox Project Scarlett games, and I’m hungry for more information.
Something I hope they announce this E3 is a new and improved version of the Nintendo Switch 2. It’s something I have been looking into getting for a while now, but the current Switch’s tech specs seem a little lacking for me; a more powerful Switch will have me sold.
Any Mario game, have played them for years and Nintendo never fails to entertain.
