Many years ago, when my children were younger, I bought a projector to use as the main display in my basement home theatre. I was shocked that it never stayed in one place: my wife would move it to the bedroom to watch a movie when she was sick in bed, my kids would move it to their bedrooms for sleepovers, and I even took it to work a couple times for presentations. That’s something you certainly can’t say about a television. Rarely a day went by that it was not used for movies, gaming, work and more.

My fave feature is that there is no set up required! I love that I can just plug it in and watch movies in an instant!
I would use it actually mainly when out and about. We teach car seat technician courses, and I would use it to show slides and videos to students.
My favorite feature is the ability to use it in any lighting condition

Entry #2: I’d use this in that room next to the kitchen / dining room (not sure what the room is called since it’s kinda part of our kitchen, maybe a family room?), so we can watch movies while we eat dinner.
Entry #1: I like the “bright display even in a brightly lit room.” The room we watch TV in has this skylight thing in the ceiling that we can’t cover up, and some projectors do struggle in bright light, so it’d be nice to still be able to watch movies any time of the day in any time of the year!
I could see it being of utility in many areas and cannot imagine just leaving it in one room. I have no doubt I would use it for work in my office/work area, for gaming in our games room and as a movie player in the great room. And maybe even outside.

Best feature of this is hands down the mobility with the quality.

My last projector was a Benq and I regret not sticking with the brand. The picture quality was great and it was compact and quite stylish!

The place where I will use the projector the most, related to the feature i picked in my previous post, is our living room which is quite bright so the bright display helps.
