Each year in January there are many new smart home technologies announced at the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES). This year was no exception! During the 4-day digital event, the technology gurus from global brands showcased cutting-edge innovations designed to transform our lives. We too were virtually present to capture every moment at this year’s virtual tech show, including the smart home tech announced at CES. From security monitoring, smart lighting, and entertainment, to the latest and greatest appliances, we covered all the smart home innovations shown at CES 2021 on the blog. The best tech at CES 2021

TP-Link introduced six new smart home products to become available throughout 2021. D-Link announced multiple new products at this year’s CES. The one that grabbed the most attention was the D-Link Whole Home Smart Wi-Fi Water Sensor Kit. Arlo, the home security brand, highlighted two products—the Essential Indoor Camera with privacy shutter and the Touchless Video Doorbell. TV Technology
Samsung, Sony, and TCL all had impressive TV announcements, making TVs thinner, lighter, and more similar to integrated video portals, but LG announced an optimized OLED element that will serve up brighter and even more colour-accurate for its 2021 model OLED TVs. I have an Echo Show 8 and a new Wifi6 Router and an new Smart Watch. But my new Router still doesn’t cover all the dead zones in my place so I am interested in all the new Mesh Routers they have now.
I am excited to see The Cuisinart Complete Chef food processor on the shelves of Best Buy! It sounds like something I would use most everyday.
The Samsung AI appliances seem the coolest to me. It’s a level of usefulness out of a fridge that blows my mind. I always think to myself “what can I make out of what we have at home?” And the AI tech solved it!

I Can’t wait to see The DJI Mini 2 Quadcopter Drone Fly More Combo. It has a half hour maximum flight time, 10km transmission, and a super stabilized camera with a 3-axis gimbal. It’s an upgrade from the original and so worth it.
I am most excited about the LG InstaView door-in-door. It looks awesome and knock twice is so cool feature. I wonder how long if ever my children will grow tired of playing with that feature
There is a lot of new, and amazing smart home stuff coming out. The most exciting for me is the motion dimmer smart switch from tp-kasa. It will fit so well with my already tp equipment that I already own.
LG’s Mini LED is a back lighting technology that uses almost 30,000 tiny LED lights behind the TV screen to create more accurate lighting and light-dark representation.With these new QNED TVs, expect excellent video quality with improved contrast and darker blacks, a wide colour gamut and incredible colour accuracy and vibrancy; you should notice more hyper-real images that seem to almost float free from the screen.
Definitely interested in the TV’s like the new Sony Bravia’s.
The New Lutron Caséta Outdoor Smart Plug would be great for landscaping and for holiday decor. It would be such fun to use.
