Review: Godzilla the king of the monsters has returned on PlayStation

2
Godzilla has awakened and is ready to stomp his way onto the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 this summer. Causing mass destruction and total annihilation, you are in control of the most famous and destructive kaiju in entertainment history. Does Godzilla have what it takes to be this summer’s smash hit game? Here is my review:

The BOSS GT-001 is the Swiss Army Knife for your home...

0
On the faceplate for the BOSS GT-001 it reads, “Guitar Effects Processor”, but that is really selling itself short. The GT-001 is so much more than “just” a guitar processor. While it does contain the legendary BOSS guitar effects that will give you the sound to play vitually any style of music from metal to blues to indie, it also includes effects for acoustic guitar and voice as well as being a desktop audio interface that allows you to connect to your computer for practising or recording. And there’s more!

Review: Samsung SD590C Curved LED Monitor

You might be surprised just how much difference the right monitor can make but the combination of a curved screen, thin bezel and integrated speakers makes the Samsung SD590C curved 27″ monitor one you’ll definitely want to take a look at.

Review: Carson lenses turn your smartphone into a scope or binoculars

1
It might seem a little far-fetched when thinking of a smartphone attached to an object of considerable size, like a DSLR camera lens or even a pair of binoculars. Products like that are out there, amplifying the focal length of the phone’s camera, and thereby changing the very scope (pun intended) of images it can capture. Carson doesn’t have a DSLR lens, but it does make monoculars and binoculars with adapters for the iPhone and Samsung Galaxy devices.

Review: Sony FDR-AX33 4K HandyCam Camcorder

If you have a 4K TV you have a few options out there for getting the most out of your display … but if you’re like me there’s nothing more satisfying than creating your own content. Whether you’re shooting beautiful nature vistas, capturing exciting downtown life, or creating memories with friends and family at events that you won’t forget, shooting your own video in 4k is pretty awesome—and it’s more accessible than ever. Coming in at a reasonable price and packing a powerful 4k punch, the Sony FDR-AX33 Handycam is the portable video camera that’s makes it possible.  I had a chance to take it out for a spin: here’s how that turned out.

Review: you’ll want to cook everything on the T-fal Optigrill

All it took was one set of steaks cooked on the T-fal Optigrill Non-stick grill and it was time for my BBQ to step aside and let a handier appliance take over. Here’s what I found out when I tested out the T-fal Optigrill.

Review: Samsung 65” 4K Ultra HD Curved Tizen Smart TV (JU6800)

I had the luxury of testing out this new Samsung Ultra High Definition 65” TV at home. I had it for several weeks so was able to run it through its paces to provide a detailed review. This set is a brand new model exclusive to Best Buy. I have a couple of excellent HD plasma TVs at home but don’t own a 4K set yet, so I was looking forward to testing it out to see how it compares. This exclusive TV is definitely a step up with lots of features and an excellent picture.

Billy Hope (Jake Gyllenhaal) had it all, but as the saying goes, what goes up, must come down. Unfortunately for Billy, it all comes crumbling down faster than his rise to fame.
