Modern BenQ projectors for the home or workplace

You remember those old bulky, noisy, projectors from the past. The kind your 3rd grade teacher would use to show your class the pyramids for a history lesson. Perhaps your boring Aunt Betty used one to display countless albums and home movies of the yearly vacation to who-knows-where. Yeah, you remember those projectors. We sent two models in the BenQ line of projectors to a Canadian blogger for honest reviews. The BenQ HT1070A Home Cinema Projector is designed for the home, while the BenQ MW526AE Digital Projector was made for professional use, but the two can be used interchangeably, and will not disappoint in either domain.

As for the MW526 Digital Projector, the reviewer was impressed with how lightweight and compact the unit was, the solid 15000:1 contrast ratio, and how vivid text appears on-screen.

Both projectors offer the freedom to customize your screen size anywhere from 60″ to 300″, and feature an array of inputs and outputs, including HDMI. Show off the content you love: connect a streaming device, television signal, computer, and more. Use the built-in speakers or connect to your home theatre system for a full audio experience. Project on a white wall (a light background of almost any kind will do nicely), or add your own projection screen to really enhance the experience.

  15. Being a Google fan, I would get the Chromecast & Google Home Max to really make my experience super easy. I can cast straight from my phone, watch netflix and with the new Google Home Max – I can project it inside AND outside! Definitely some movies underneath the stars or snuggled beside a fireplace in winter.
