Great sounding music, in every room in your home, is easier than ever to achieve. The options are endless. Enter this contest and you may just get some amazing Thonet & Vander bookshelf speakers for your living room, or dining room, or bedroom….
Where do you need more speakers
I have speakers in 3 rooms in my home. In my kitchen I have a Google Home Mini with a speaker. It works great for setting timers while cooking and playing some background music or podcasts from Spotify. I also have one in my dining room, which is less ideal for music, but fortunately the open design of my home allows my living room tower speakers to provide the full rich sounds throughout both the dining and living room areas.(Actually, my Google Home Mini still controls all of the music coming from those speaker too!).
However, I could use more speakers: in the bedrooms, in the bathrooms and on the outside deck. I think most of us can, and the speakers we are giving away in this contest would make an excellent addition to any home.
Thonet & Vander speakers sound great and are very versatile
Blogger Jeff Wilson had a chance to test these speakers for our blog and he says these are probably the best sounding Bluetooth speakers he has ever heard. Read his article to find out about their power, versatility (connect with wires or wirelessly), and the great finish of these speakers. They are bookshelf speakers, so you can put them almost anywhere you want to have amazing sound.
In this image they are on Jeff’s stereo stand. You can connect them to your television, your stereo or use them as they are. They have an amplifier built in so you can just stream your content from your phone to the speaker using Bluetooth if you want.
With that kind of versatility you could put them almost anywhere in your home. Enter this contest, and you may have to decide which room gets the honour of providing a new home for these great speakers.
How to enter
This contest is easy to enter, but you can only enter once. First look around your home and figure out all of the rooms where you ideally would want to have great stereo sound. In a comment below this article, tell us how many speakers you think would be ideal for your home. If you also have a preference for the kind of speaker you would like in each room then please include that information too.
What you can win
At the end of the contest we will select one entry from all eligible comments to receive a pair of Thonet & Vander speakers.
This contest will run from February 2nd until February 15th.
You can only enter once. Share this entry to give your friends a chance to win too. We regularly conduct many contests on the blog (trust me there are many more on the way this month!) so your friends might reciprocate and remind you to enter one of the others!
Good Luck!

I think two would be great for my living room.

my son loves listening to music it would be great if i won these for him
4 outdoor speakers and 2 indoor speakers would make my house sound beautiful!
I don’t have any speakers, but currently vacationing in a space with four surround sound speakers makes me realize what we are missing. Six would be lovely, four in the main house and two outdoors.
4 would be great!
The whole first floor of my home basically works as one large space where we spend most of our time. I think 8 speakers would do nicely to truly immerse us in a rich soundscape.
I would need 4 for the living room and 2 in my office. Wouldn’t want to be greedy…..
I’d love to ideally have 4 speakers for my living room!
I WOULD NEED 6 SPEAKERS
My boyfriend and I live in an apartment, so I think 1 in the Bedroom, 1 in our Kitchen/Dining Room and 2 in the Living Room. We only have a small sound bar at the moment and an upgrade would be sweet!
Four for each room corner
My living room is the centre of all the entertainment in my home, I would put a speaker in every corner for the best listening experience so I would need 4.
I would need 3 speakers to complete a surround sound experience in my bedroom where I love to watch movies!
I could use the speakers in my living room and ideally for us to use them with the stereo and the TV for surround sound I’d use 6 but just for the stereo i’d use 2.
2 for my living room, 2 for the bedroom
I’m my Living room , I would love a beats pill !! 🙂
Would be awesome to have these speakers hooked up to the tv in the bedroom for when the wife and I watch movies before bed.
My living room is fairly large, so I think I would benefit from 3-5 speakers! Surround-sound, baby!
I think four speakers would be ideal for my home. One for each floor. I’d like one sub and four surround speakers for my living room.
I think we need 6 speakers (one set in our basement, one set in our kitchen, and one set in our living room). That would be absolutely perfect!
I think I would need two (maybe three) speakers in the great room, a bookshelf speaker in the dining room, a portable speaker for the kitchen and two speakers for the bedroom because why not!
4 Speakers in my home would be great.
I would love 6 speakers. Two for the living room, two for the bonus room and two or the basement rec room.
I would love speakers in my living room, basement and bedroom
i would like to enter the contest tks
Two speakers for the basement family room would be great. The room is small enough that more than 2 would be overwhelming.
In reality I would like a pair in every room – living room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. The TITAN 900 W seem best for our larger Living Room and Kitchen while the, KUGEL would do well in the bedrooms. We have a condo with high ceilings and low insulation between floors so our neighbours would truly appreciate the powerful sound.
There should never be a shortage of speakers in any room of a house. Ideally one pair per room which in our house would be 18 in all which should include waterproof in the bathrooms. Retired now so hook me up please. My fixed income will not afford me this dream.
Ideally I could use four speakers two in the living room and two in the bedroom that way I don’t have to move around my speakers based on if I have company or not.
Our treatment rooms would be perfect.
I don’t have any of these so I’d love em!
At least two more for the bathroom
I could use two!
I could use some in my basement where my TV is. I don’t know how many – maybe 4?
I’ve got a small space so really two speakers in the living/dining area would be enough for me!
Not having any speakers at all these would be a great addition to the new TV!
6 two for each room
I would love 7 speakers for a true 7.1 surround sound system for our family room where the TV is.
My condo is on the small size but would be great to have 2 speakers in the living room and 2 in the bedroom.
I would love 4 for our family room to get the true “surround sound” feel.
A total of 4 would be perfect.
A total of 4 would be perfect.
I would need a pair for my living room to blast while I have company over or when I am cooking dinner
One speaker in the kitchen and two in the office would make our house complete!
My husband Pete is a real music buff. The system he has is over 20 years old and getting so outdated some of the features don`t work with our TV let alone downloaded music. Presently we have one sub and four surround speakers located in our living room. To update these would be a dream.
