What is your strongest toy related memory from your childhood

When I was a child, deciding what I wanted for Christmas meant hours of joy looking through the holiday catalogue, and writing out a wish list. Looking over page after page of the toy section of the catalogue is a very strong memory for me at this time of year. Many children these days still write a letter to Santa, but they get their ideas online … and Best Buy is a great place for them to look. With webpage after webpage of toys to select, savvy kids can quickly find robots, or building toys, or whatever it is that piques their interest.

Copy and paste is second nature to today’s generation, making creating a digital wishlist super easy for them. Tell them that after looking at Best Buy for their favourite toys this year, to copy it’s name and paste it on their digital letter for Santa. Then all you need to do is go online to Best Buy, insert the name they wrote into the search bar, and in minutes your gift will be shipped to you to have in time to put under the tree on the night of December 24th.

  1. My favourite toy sold is the robot. It’s so neat to see how technology has advanced and changed and now to share this beloved toy with my daughter would be amazing

  2. My favourite toy is the WowWee CHiP Robotic Dog because it doesn’t destroy Soccer balls, furniture or wall trim like a real dog.

  3. I love the Melissa & Doug Wooden Fresh Mart Grocery Store Play Set. My granddaughter is 3 and loves playing at her kitchen but is starting to pretend shop, so I know she’d enjoy this a lot!

  4. My youngest niece would love the Shifu Orboot Augmented Reality Globe!

She has a regular globe she enjoys learning from, but the Shifu Orboot Augmented Reality Globe would teach her so much more AND be fun at the same time.

  5. Anything Lego is always a favorite in our home you can do almost anything with it and my kids love to build with it

  6. I really like one of the Quadcopter Drones. They’re a lot of fun and I would be able to check what’s happening all over our property without us having to worry about people hunting or trespassing without permission.

  7. Ok where is the entry form or is it just add a comment?????? I know my son would love any of these great help for Christmas

  8. My favourite would have to be LEGO because you can build anything with it. The possibilities are endless!

  9. My children too poured over the Christmas catalogs snd flyers from November to the week of Christmas. I think my grandchildren will enjoy the 3Doodler series. Since I have 3 grandchildren, even if I did win, I’m going to have to buy 2 more sets but I think they will have hours of fun with these presents.

  10. The Sphero RVR All-Terrain Programmable Robot is my favourite choice. I think it would be a lot of fun to play with and since it is programmable, it is also a learning tool and learning is always better when it is fun

  11. you cannot go wrong with Lego – keeps kids and adults entertained for hours – uses the imagination – would much rather this type of toy to help kids learn and create than having them glued to a screen – wonderful for all ages and for many years to come!

  12. As a child ..one of my favorite Christmas Gifts I received was the Colecovision video game console!. I spent many happy hours playing my favorite games like Donkey Kong, LadyBug and Turbo! This looks cool!
