Fitbit smartwatches are basically designed to track your activity, reach your fitness goals, and sync your progress straight to your phone or computer. I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.
Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I was happy to find that the Fitbit app had so much to offer to help me further these interests.
Getting fit can be boring at times, and a device like a Fitbit fitness tracker just might spice things up enough to make it fun and interesting. And my hope is that whoever wins one of these Fitbits will use it to really change their lifestyle or a loved one’s.

I am very active in the Iron Basement gym, great shape for my age. My Fitbit has been tracking my progress since they first became available.
The Fit Bit would track my sleep quality and motivate me to change my habits and reduce screen time at night.
It would be a motivating factor for me to make time for myself, to meditate, to move in a meaningful way, to make improvements in my personal wellbeing.

With the cold weather here, I need to have a way to record my movements and a fit bit would be excellent. I also like that it tracks sleep and this would be so great as I have a baby who really needs to sleep through the night soon.
I have a fitbit but I can’t read it in the sun – the display on this is bigger and brighter and I’d be able to see my stats better!

Having a fitbit definitely helps me to mainting a healthier lifestyle. My current fitbit started falling apart this summer so it is held together with superglue, but it probably less water resistant.
