Intel H series processors bring gaming to life even in the thinnest laptops
Intel’s 11th Gen H Series processors bring desktop calibre performance to laptops. Push the boundaries of your gaming, even on the thinnest machines. Intel calls it, “Desktop power for any desk” and they don’t coin that tagline for nothing. For years, desktops have been the benchmark when it comes to PC gaming performance; however, Intel-powered laptops have evolved to deliver comparable performance of bulky desktop, and play high resolution, maximum frame rate games anytime and anywhere. The H45 processor, the latest in the H Series, lets you get exactly that.

The advantages of the Intel H45 processor lie in its advanced architecture, with the 10 nm SuperFin manufacturing process, its Willow Cove design, and new Intel Iris Xe graphics. You get 8 core CPUs, higher clock speeds, and lower power consumption. Using Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology, the H45 processor ensures faster processing right when you need it the most.
Gone are the days when power and performance require a big and bulky desktop, or a heavy, clunky laptop. Truly, the H45 processor is designed with the most demanding PC gamers in mind, so gamers like you get nothing but great performance for your toughest gaming adventures.
Gaming brings us all together
Gaming is becoming one of the best ways for you to connect with people who have similar interests from across the globe. Outside of gameplay many gamers connect through social media platforms like Twitch and YouTube by streaming their gameplays. During the first quarter of this year alone, there were a total of 8.8 billion hours of gaming streamed online. Some of the gameplay is from eSports professionals, allowing you to learn new tricks, while others come from people just like you who want to share a great gaming experience they had, or show how great gaming is because of the new machines and PC components they added to their system.
Whether you’re gaming for fun or streaming your gameplay for your avid followers to watch, you need the most reliable gaming laptop that plays as hard as you do. With a new array of game releases for PC this year, like Psychonauts 2, Dying Light, Fifa 22, and many others, take the unparalleled gaming performance offered by Intel’s new H45 processors, or any of Intel’s new processors anywhere you want. Experience the excitement and speed of the most demanding game titles even on ultra-thin laptops.

Win amazing laptops during Intel Gamer Days Contest Rules and Regulations
Good Luck.
Lower power consumption sounds cool. Should run cooler and save battery.
I played games more frequently over this past year compared to previous years.
I game more at night over the past year.
I do not connect with other gamers online.
My favourite feature of the H45 is lower power consumption
1. I don’t know if ayed more than I used to but this week I’ve been playing quite a bit. I’m playing the beta od Diablo 2 Resurrected lately and Destiny 2 and I’m enjoying it quite a bit.
2. I mostly game in the afternoon and evening. The company I was working for shut down a few months ago due to covid and I decided to take the summer off.
3. I mostly play with my brothers online. We’re always on the look for the next game to play together. I also play the switch with my friend during the cold months. We’re almost done with Luigi’s Mansion.
My favorite feature of the H45 processor is definitely that it has 20 lanes of pcie to support high end gpus! I would definitely put that in use.
1. Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years? More, lots more time without having travel time into the office at work!
2. Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year? Night
3. Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most? Yes and no. Mostly with friends but I have connected/made new gaming friends the past year and we tend to just chat about whatever comes up and new gaming news.
I played a few more games. I switched from Destiny 2 which i had played for several years to COD Black Ops Cold War but that is stale now too.
I gamed more at night, after work.
No, in my age group (senior) people don’t usually play video games. Golf maybe but COD? Nah!
My favorite feature of the new Intel H45 processor is 4K gaming at 120fps!
Well, I would have to see if the H45 can do as well as a medium priced gaming desktop. I don’t have any gaming lappies, so I have no way of telling what the performance will be like. But I’d like to get one to compare. Thanks…
Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years;
Unfortunately I have played less frequently due to school and work. The good news is I am graduating soon and will have much more time to dedicate to gaming.
Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year;
Definitely at night, once work is over and school work is done the free time is spent online trying new games.
Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most?
Always connecting with new people and making new friends in the gaming community, strangely enough politics is what I enjoy talking about the most and it’s interesting meeting people in a niche community who are often estranged from politics. Get a wild variety of view points, values (both culturally and religious), gaming is a great way to meet people from all across the spectrum of political views.
The favorite feature of the new intel H45 has to the insane power its packing in such a small design, small enough to fit these thin laptops. It’s crazy how far innovation is pushing this technology.
I played a lot more games in the past year in comparison with the previous years. Having young children, I stay a lot more at home that I used to, so gaming became more present in my life.
I usually play at night, because that’s when I have time for myself. During the weekends, I like to play in the morning too, though.
I don’t really connect with other gamers online, I mostly play single-player games, and when I play multiplayer games, I’m not especially interested in talking to the other players. I’m more of an old school gamer who likes to play with friends that I know in real life.
Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most?
1. I am gaming slightly less this year compared to previous because newer games require a much more powerful GPU and obtaining one that is affordable is very challenging.
2. I am gaming mostly at night when more people are off work including myself.
3. When I connect with other gamers online the topic we end up talking the most is our game strat and call-outs. But of course we joke around lots and talk about movies and TV shows. Sometimes there are obnoxious people too. Mute button seems to fix that.
My favourite aspect is the big improvements to instructions per clock, which means that the CPU does more with less. But in this case, there is not “less”, so this means MORE!
Most definitely my favorite feature in the H45 is the desktop performance in a laptop form factor. I’m so used to getting 4ghz in a rather bulky case with extra cooling. This setup in limited to staying at home and not wherever I go.
1) I played games more frequently over this past year during lockdown
2) I gained more at night over the past year
3) I do do connect with other gamers online with a bit of light hearted trash talking
1. I gamed a LOT more last year than ever before.
2. I used to game at night but now I game every morning and all afternoon.
3. I connect with other gamers a lot and talk a lot about food and language.
My favourite feature of the new Intel H45 processor is desktop power in a laptop.
It would allow me to play VR games on the go
The H45 processor sounds like it would keep the temp down and make the laptop’s lifespan longer.
Higher processors speeds and using less power
Been gaming on a DELL inspiron 5000 intel 9750H with a Geforce GTX1050 for the entire lockdowns and work from home. I played Doom eternal, COD , GTA V and CS:Go.
1 – I gamed more frequently than the years before. In fact, i got back into gaming after several years and went straight for a gaming laptop.
2 – Playing during my work break in the afternoon !! .. and straight after work in the evening.
3 – Discussing hardware, processor and GPU enthusiast communities. I joined gaming communities online as well to view their gameplay and discuss some problems with my mouse and keyboard mechanics. Ended up buying a gaming keyboard too. Usually talked about new games and strategies in competitive FPS games.
1. Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years? More
2. Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year? Night
3. Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most? I don’t really connect with other online players.
1. I played more games over this past year.
2. I gamed more during the night this past year.
3. I do connect with other players online. We talk about the game we’re playing or sports.
H45 performance is great with the power consumption it is. Being able to do 4k @120hz is good too.
1. I played Way more in the last year since COVID and everything.
2. I play more often at night.
3. I have connected with a lot of people online and we often talked about our situations concerning the lockdown.
1. I found myself playing quite a bit more than previous years, especially with my son. Having school being locked down almost monthly, it made for some extra time (after homework of course) for us to jump into alot more coop games.
2. Im a definitely an early bird, so the majority of my gaming is done in the early hours.
3. Its amazing how many new friends Ive made during the past year through gaming. Whether we’re talking about games, or just day to day life things, its certainly allowed us to build some lifelong relationships.
My favored aspects by far include the minimized power usage, and inceased overall performance!
The best part about the H45 is definitely the enhanced performance with much lower power consumption.
I play immediately after signing off from work as this helps with the mental shift in a WFH environment.
1. I played games more frequently.
2. Most of my gaming is in the evening and night
3. I like to play multiplayer online. I like to chat about strategies and how to acclimate to the game and also talk about non gaming topics.
I love that there are more cores and faster processing, yet lower power consumption.
My recent gaming experience:
1. I have been gaming more frequently compared to previous years having more time on my hands due to work from home environment. Time I have been saving to commute and get ready is better spent gaming.
2. I game more at night and evening time compared to previous years.
3. I do love socializing with other gamers online and the most we enjoy talking about is the game itself and how rapidly the technology is evolving all over.
My favorite feature of Intel H45 processor is having 8 cores in a laptop! that should be able to run everything you throw at it with ease. Gone are the days when laptops used to be slow and had issues with multitasking.
I played more games this year but my laptop can’t handle most games so my choices are limited.
I definitely gamed more in the afternoon than before. I don’t really connect with others online through gaming. Maybe with a better laptop so I could play newer games and better internet.
I played games more this past year.
I enjoy playing in the evening but often in the afternoon with my grandchildren.
I connected with my son and it was a nice way to catch up about his work and my grandchildren.
1. Yes I played more games this past year than the previous
2. I gamed more at night
3. I don’t really connect with other online players.
I love the faster processing speeds while keeping everything thin and laptop ready.
Faster speed so I don’t have to worry about frame rate while playing.
With Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology, the H45 processor has that faster processing so that I can keep up with my grandchildren across Canada! 🙂
What makes the new Intel H45 processor have one of my favourite features as it has new higher clock speeds, as well as lower energy usage, which would help keep the CPU more cool and last longer in usage, which would help keep me in the game longer!
I found myself playing fewer games the past year, but for longer durations (less travel time)
I prefer to game at night after work myself.
I don’t connect with gamers online, mostly friends. Our topics are usually upcoming games and hardware
The higher clock speeds and better cooling of the H45 makes it super appealing – my first gaming laptop was so chunky so the idea of a thin, portable, powerful machine is fantastic!
An increase to performance with less power seems like the best feature of the new H45 line of processors
1. I was playing more games during the last year, mainly because I found myself at home – there was opportunity that didn’t normally exist.
2. I played more during the day, especially during the long dull Zoom meetings – my Animal Crossing island was my escape when there was no escape from my house.
3. I don’t enjoy too much online gaming with strangers – I have a circle of friends and we enjoy each other’s company and we used it as an excuse to catch up about life in general when we couldn’t see each other.
I played games more frequently but it tapered off as everyone settled into the pandemic rules, still more than usual as we had more time at home.
I played in the nighttime usually which is the best for my schedule.
Every night we gamed together, we loved talking about new games and new pc tech that was coming out, as well as the issues with sourcing computer parts.
My overall favorite feature of the H45 processor is the lower power consumption and sleekness. The H45 is not a bulky device where it’s difficult or tedious to transport, instead of its a portable processor that you can have ready to go, on the go.
I played games more frequently now, I used to play only minecraft and recently I start to try other games.
I play games more at night after I finished all my homework and other stuff.
I do connect with other gamers online and is in a lot of discord servers. I enjoy talking about computer stuff like gpu and cpu the most.
The lower power consumption and longer battery life caused by the new 10nm technology is the best. I can use my laptop for a longer period of time without charging now.
Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology would be really helpful on killing time playing games while rendering videos
I probably played games less frequently over the last year because I’m spending more time in front of screens, working from home. My eyes usually need a break by the time I am done working for the day.
When I did game, it was usually on weekends, on Sunday afternoons.
My online play is limited to playing with my nephews and a niece, playing the games they like to play.
1. I’ve been playing a lot more lately now that my work schedule is more flexible than it ever was. I get to focus more on my social media pages and plan more content.
2. Living in a busy neighborhood, playing in the evening works best for me so that I can record in silence and also enjoy my games in peace and quiet.
3. I do connect with other gamers online. Recently, we were talking about the new FPS game releases especially the popular AAA titles coming out this holiday.
