Intel calls it, “Desktop power for any desk” and they don’t coin that tagline for nothing. For years, desktops have been the benchmark when it comes to PC gaming performance; however, Intel-powered laptops have evolved to deliver comparable performance of bulky desktop, and play high resolution, maximum frame rate games anytime and anywhere. The H45 processor, the latest in the H Series, lets you get exactly that.

The advantages of the Intel H45 processor lie in its advanced architecture, with the 10 nm SuperFin manufacturing process, its Willow Cove design, and new Intel Iris Xe graphics. You get 8 core CPUs, higher clock speeds, and lower power consumption. Using Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology, the H45 processor ensures faster processing right when you need it the most.
Gone are the days when power and performance require a big and bulky desktop, or a heavy, clunky laptop. Truly, the H45 processor is designed with the most demanding PC gamers in mind, so gamers like you get nothing but great performance for your toughest gaming adventures.
Gaming brings us all together
Gaming is becoming one of the best ways for you to connect with people who have similar interests from across the globe. Outside of gameplay many gamers connect through social media platforms like Twitch and YouTube by streaming their gameplays. During the first quarter of this year alone, there were a total of 8.8 billion hours of gaming streamed online. Some of the gameplay is from eSports professionals, allowing you to learn new tricks, while others come from people just like you who want to share a great gaming experience they had, or show how great gaming is because of the new machines and PC components they added to their system.
Whether you’re gaming for fun or streaming your gameplay for your avid followers to watch, you need the most reliable gaming laptop that plays as hard as you do. With a new array of game releases for PC this year, like Psychonauts 2, Dying Light, Fifa 22, and many others, take the unparalleled gaming performance offered by Intel’s new H45 processors, or any of Intel’s new processors anywhere you want. Experience the excitement and speed of the most demanding game titles even on ultra-thin laptops.

Win amazing laptops during Intel Gamer Days Contest Rules and Regulations
Good Luck.
My fav thing is that it’s efficient
new Intel Iris Xe graphics would help alot with my VR headset.
It is sad, but I find myself playing games less and less over the years. I can remember when I used to wake up and play right away…
Being a night owl I usually prefer Solo gameplay. But there are a few games I like to play with friends. Burnout Paradise was an awesome game for gaming with friends. I’d play all day and night with that game.
Compared to previous years, I’ve gamed more since I’ve not had to deal with commutes to and from school. Especially after getting into a game that holds my attention for hours every day, I’m gaming lots instead of in hard, short spurts like previous years.
Over the past year, I gamed mostly at night when the work is done and it’s time to play!
I play Genshin Impact, and I’ve dabbled in playing with others, but I stay reserved for the most part. Still, I game online with my friend and we love talking about the lore and characters!
Sorry for the copy and paste but I love all these features!
multi-task performance for streamers and creators – I am always Multitasking
up to 4K resolution @ 120FPS (1080p @ 240FPS) – 240 FPS! Whoa
overclocking beyond 5Ghz – Sweet – Odd not to see a K designation
20 PCIe gen 4 lanes enabling highest end GPUs – OH My word!
6 Ghz Intel Wi-Fi 6e support – This one for sure. I have a Wifi 6 Router but my PCs Wifi card is ancient
1. Yes I play more games now because i’m stuck at home.
2. I game more in the afternoon.
3. I don’t usually talk to other gamers because I like to be anonymous, but when I chat I like to compare rigs.
1. Play less games since have been spending more time with the family.
2. Play mostly at night once everyone else has gone to sleep.
3. Prefer single player games so no chat.
Much more frequently, because it was the best indoor past time
Mostly during the nighttime since thats when my friends are online
Like to talk about strategy since I love team fps games such as Valorant and Apex Legends
I’m a huge multitasker when it comes to gaming and life – at least two screens required, one of them usually split into two tabs. The H45 seems to truly capture the power needed for gaming and streaming on the same machine while not requiring the unappealing bulk of most gaming conputers. It’s the best of all worlds and I’d definitely give it a work out if I won!
The feature of the H45 that I like best is the new Intel Iris Xe graphics, and now hopefully I can see my enemy better and faster.
I like the lightweight
I did more gaming during the past year
I play more in the afternoon
I haven’t connected with other gamers yet
The high speed is definitely a game changer for me!
I like 4k 120hz gaming. It’ll make the graphics look sharper while playing on the TV.
Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years;
– I think I played the same amount, if anything a little more because we’ve been stuck at home.
Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year;
– Night, I have kids, and work full time, so always night. 🙂
Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking
– I love shooting shit and asking opinions of games by my Twitter follows.
H45 Wifi 6e support is going to be a game changers for portability! Can’t wait.
Higher speeds and using less power, sounds great!
I have found I have been gaming on my outdated PC more lately than my PS5 for some reason.
Don’t really have the time now these days to play for hours, but will do it in the evenings when I can find time.
Yes always enjoy the banter with fellow gamers about strategies and overall experience
6ghz is great. As not always connected with a ethernet cable.

Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years: Definitely more frequently.
Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year: The nights mostly.
Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most? Idk, it’s different all the time.
My favorite feature is the speed of the processors I guess.
1) I’ve played much more during covid and doing much better with all the practice
2) we play mostly late afternoon and or late evening
3) we do connect with other family and friends online and usually talk about our progress in the game and what’s happening that day
I definitely gamed less on the PC only because my laptop is getting older now and won’t play newer games well. When I game it’s usually evening or night time, helps me wind down from the day. I don’t connect too much with online gaming but when I do it’s usually a sports game so we end up talking about that sport
My favorite feature would have to be the possibility of 4K at 120Hz or 1080p at 240Hz.
High resolution while keeping high frame rates is a great selling feature
1) I’ve gotten way more into gaming in the past year, especially being at home. I’m pretty much an ambassador now converting my friends to PC gaming. Lol.
2) Don’t tell my boss, but for some reason a do a lot of my gaming at night, I just feel it’s tradition to game at night lol #FridayNight
3) oh yes mixing with people online is very nice, there are a range of cultures online, some good, and some bad. But all are wonderful and very funny people. I always love talking to people in the gaming community especially from different places.
One of the best feature is definitely how they can reduce the size (lighter laptops) indeed gone are the days when I have to carry my chunky laptop to school , it’ll be a great deal to be able to carry your laptop without your shoulders hurting. I would really appreciate that very much.
the intel speed optimizer tool to get the very most out of overclocking
gamed much more over the lockdown , (cant always idly watch netflix, you have to passively use a joystick once in a while)
it certainly passed the time after dinner especially during the long winter
and talking sports with others playing madden and mlb the show added to the social connection lost being able to go out in public
My favourite feature of the Intel H45 processor is how powerful it is. It should mean extra smooth gameplay and better performance for our favourite games! !
1. Favorite feature is definitely the wattage and less heat factor for laptops, I just want to use my laptop for work and I need something with a good amount of computation power and less heat when it’s on my lap.
2. 1. definitely did more gaming this year compared to last year and also looked more forward going outside too
2. I gamed more in the morning this year, I never used to game in the morning
3. surprisingly, most people I interact with just talked about regular things pre-covid, new releases, new games
I did play a lot more games over this past year compared to previous years – more free time at home with less commuting and the waves of lockdowns meant more time for gaming!
Usually gamed in the evenings and at night, typically after working hours.
I did make more time for online games with friends and we would just use that time to catch up while we played together. It was a safe alternative to meeting up in person!
1. I’ve played more games this year than in previous years due to staying home more than usual.
2. I gamed more overnight.
3. Yes I’ve connected with players online and we’ve talked about each other to get to know who our teammates are.
1) I think I definitely played games more frequently in the past year compared to previous years. I guess it was kind of inevitable with all the lockdowns.
2) Gamed more at night as I still had to work in the mornings and afternoons.
3) Yes, definitely connected with other games online. If it wasn’t talking about the game were playing it was probably about sports/basketball.
I love that it’s so powerful and thinner. No more bulky heavy computer keeping you in one area to play. I would be playing more if I didn’t have to be stuck in the computer room. Able to socialize with the rest of the house and still get to play. Love this
My favourite feature of the Intel H45 processor is that it has 8 core CPUs with higher clock speeds. This will make gaming extra smooth and hopefully give that little bit more of an advantage!
The 8 core CPUs to help process as much info as possible to enjoy smooth gaming.
The H45 processor allows for gaming on laptops where previously it was harder to do! Combined with the fact that it can run 4k 120fps is just crazy! This will allow me to enjoy gaming even on the go which I have never done before.
Did you play games more or less frequently over this past year compared to previous years: MORE Frequently
Did you game more in the morning, afternoon, or at night over the past year: Evenings, nights.
Do you connect with other gamers online and if so what topic do you enjoy talking about the most? Current events, strategy, trash talking.
The unparalleled gaming performance offered by Intel’s new H45 processors imay favorite feature as it will me to play my games a t the highest resoultion and speed settings. = More Fun!
I really like the 4k/ 120 hz capabilities of the new processors as I’ve been using the same 1080p/ 60hz setup for the past 11 years! Please help me out of my technological slump!
The network link issue is especially important for gamers like me who like to play online. In addition to the standard Wi-Fi 6 technology, the H45 also supports the high-end Killer Wi-Fi 6E. Based on the higher frequency 6G band, the H45 can use more Wi-Fi 6 channels and also achieve higher transmission rates. It provides players with a more stable network connection and ensures a high-speed and effective network.
1. Because I’m nearing graduation, my gaming time has decreased and also I’m an fps gamer, the performance of my 1060 laptop no longer guarantees an adequate refresh rate for fps games.
2. so I always play little apex legends in the evenings. Currently, other fps games either have planning issues that cause me no motivation to play(e.g. R6) OR my computer performance can’t support me to play(e.g. cod warzone).
3. I spend more time playing with friends, and I also like to browse video sites to watch game clips. I’m slowly moving from being a competitive player to a casual player. So I communicate with other online players more in the comment area of entertainment videos.
I’m sure the graphics and other processing will be better than anything I’ve had before but funnily I think I prefer the idea of wifi 6e to give me more freedom to play anywhere with or without a wired connection.
I was a night owl player, could get lost in a game and play til the sun came up and end up kicking myself the next morning. I also remember dragging desktop computers to friends houses for weekend lan parties. Those were so much more fun playing in person than online only.
I played more frequently in the last year, than the years before.
I played more at night in the last year and every night I connected with my brothers that live in Alberta. It has brought us closer, fighting as a team against others from around the world and we enjoy talking about the future of the game we are playing and the special events in it.
The 4K resolution @ 120FPS would be amazing as it would give me the advantage in fps shooters, plus it would look amazing.
1. Over the colder days of this past year I ended up playing Cyberpunk 2077, Genshin Impact, the Pixel Remaster of the original Final Fantasy. I’d say it was a balance between this and Netflix.
2. Definitely more gaming at night which often ended up being full on streams of Warzone to let some steam off.
3. About the same as my day to day with Discord.
Let’s first go with the new microarchitecture that the willow cove is. This is the first thing that jumps out at me.
I played more games over the last year
I play more in the afternoon
I don’t connect much with other gamers!
I love the high resolution!
My favorite feature of the new processors is the multi tasking capabilities since I’d love to start streaming games 🙂
I gamed less since work took over most of my days.
I probably played more at night overall.
I connected less with my gamer friends unfortunately! Would be nice to pick things up again.
The 6 ghz wifi 6e support is great since I’m not always on a wired connection and would be nice for gaming!
I did more gaming during the past year.
I played more at night.
Yes I connected with other gamers and we talked about strategy
The faster processing speed to play games quickly and in high graphic settings!
Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology and the H45 processor’s faster processing because when you need it you cannot wait.
