You are likely familiar with the amazing televisions produced by LG. Those have been among the very best screens you can buy: a reputation that continues year after year.   7. For me, a gaming TV doesn’t make much sense. If I’m gaming on a TV it’s probably on a console so 30-60 FPS works well enough. I’d much rather save some money with a regular TV and buy an LG Gaming monitor!

  28. Well wouldn’t you know it, I’ve been eyeing LG’s 240 Hz monitor since 2020. I’ve finally got a hold of a graphics card (a big thank you definitely goes out to Best Buy for that one) and the cherry on my hypothetical cake would be the LG 27GP750 monitor. Why, you ask? Well, when I’m playing Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and I’m getting utterly decimated, I know that I will have a front row seat to smoothest spectator view in the whole lobby. A consolation prize that will remind me that I have no one else to blame for this performance in game but my internet connection.

  37. I’d go with a monitor. 240hz refresh would be amazing. Plus g-sync really couldn’t hurt, I’ve never seen the difference between HDMI and these video card specific connections.

  43. After reading some reviews I think a LG 4K or 8K TVs would be my choice. Certainly a must in order to run games at up to 120 frames per second. LG TVs have high refresh rates, which when combined with an expanded colour palette and contrast, provide the most immersive gaming experiences. sounds amazing!!
