Review: Sennheiser Urbanite XL easily blends comfort and quality

Sennheiser is typically a name you associate with high quality audio. The original Urbanite headphones measured up very well and its expected that its XL counterpart will do just as well, if not better. With a comfortable feel and dynamic audio output, the Urbanite XL might just be what you’re looking for.

Review: Add SMS Sync by 50 or BioSport Earbuds to your...

0
Earbuds are always my go-to when I’m listening to music because I don’t like over the ear cans as much. In the dozens of pairs I’ve owned or tested, however, I’ve never had one with a heartrate monitor until now. SMS Audio’s BioSport earbuds partner with the RunKeeper app to help you keep track of your workout pacing and heartrate. If you don’t care about that as much, the wireless Sync by 50 earbuds provide a rechargeable and fully wireless listening experience. Come take a look at both.

Review: enjoy the silence with Bose Q20 in-ear headphones

0
Sound or silence? You don’t usually have much control over how loud your world is going to be. Until I tried a pair of Bose QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling in-ear headphones, I had no idea the value of blocking out background noise. Whether you’re on a train, plane, bus, studying in a library, or in my case, constantly in rooms full of small people, noise cancelling headphones will block everything but whatever you’re really trying to hear.

Review: Sony MDR-AS600BT Bluetooth Wireless Sports Headset

3
I walk about an hour a day to the SkyTrain and home, rain or shine. It’s a great time to listen to new music on Spotify or call friends and family; I’ve spend the past few years flipping between headphones from Bose, Monster, and my Apple EarPods. The one thing that most of them have had in common is that they have a cable running from the earphones to my phone. That cable gets snagged, pulls and will either rip out of the audio jack or pull my phone out of my pocket on a bad day. For the last week I’ve been using the Sony Bluetooth® Wireless Sports Headset on my walk. Have they solved the cable problem and are they worth buying? Read on to find out!

A few weeks ago I launched myself into a fitness program that makes cross-fit look like a walk in the park with a bunch of puppies. Needless to say, it’s tough. So you can imagine how excited I was when I was asked to review three different pairs of wireless ear buds from Jabra. I mean, if any workout was going to test the limits of headphones, the one I’ve embarked on was definitely going to do the trick.
