The cordless blender is my favourite. I would use it to make anything I don’t need to haul out my Kitchen Aid stand mixer for. This close to Thanksgiving, whipping cream comes to mind.
I would use the K400 blender to make smoothies which my daughter has convinced me are an important part of a healthy diet.

I love the Empire Red colored Cordless Food Chopper. The cordless feature is super handy as it allows me to use the chopper on my kitchen island which does not have an outlet. I love using this to finely chop veggies but my favorite recipe is to make a coconut & cilantro chutney which goes perfectly with dosa (indian savory pancake).
