What will you create first if you win a Ninja Blender
If I had the Ninja blender, I’d whip up a banana-strawberry smoothie like I used to when my kids were little, with one or two fresh banana and a cup of strawberries I had frozen in advance. My daughter loved this with a splash of milk back then, but now that she is vegan I would substitute cashew milk.

Quickie smoothie
1 cup cold orange juice
1 cup vanilla, or plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
Blend well and serve.
I use ice cubes, banana, almond milk, blackberries, yogurt and stevia.
I like banana, strawberry, black berries with yogurt.
I make a berry smoothie with frozen berries, yogurt, hemp hearts, and protein powder.
I love a smoothie with 1 banana, a bunch of pitted cherries and yogurt and almond milk. Sometimes i sneak in avocado..shhhh

– Splash of orange juice!

Berry smoothie with yogurt. You need mixed berries, a banana, and about 6 ounces of vanilla yogurt. Also add in a cup of whole milk, and a little honey to taste. Blend till smooth.
Unsweetened Almond milk, protein powder, hemp seeds, Greek yogurt, fruit, greens and cinnamon.

8 oz water, scoop of mixed berry flavoured greens powder, scoop of vanilla yougart, one fresh banana, 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries, . Blend and enjoy.

2 scoops chocolate protein

1 cup oatmeal
2 cups nonfat milk
1/2 cup water

– 1 tbsp, hot choco mix
– 1/3 cups, quick oats
– pinch of salt
– 1/2 cups, ice
Tastes like a chocolate milkshake for breakfast yum yum.

My breakfast smoothie consists of : handful of spinach or kale, a few broccoli florets, scoop protein powder, 1/2 banana, 1/3 cup yogurt, frozen strawberries (approx. 4 large) 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 cup water (or milk). Blend and adjust water if needed.

My favorite healthy smoothie recipe is the fresh strawberry milk smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 cups of strawberries
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
4 cups of milk
1. Add two cups of strawberries, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of water to a saucepan and boil until the strawberry softens. This will take 10-12 minutes in medium-high heat.
2. Mix 4 cups of milk with the syrup previously boiled in a blender
3. Voila!
Mocha Commuter Breakfast
1 cup cold chocolate milk
1 cup coffee, vanilla, or plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
1-2 tbsp. instant coffee to taste
Blend well and serve.

My favorite healthy smoothy is just spinach with orange juice and a little scoop of icecream!
I like to use 1 fresh banana, a cup of mixed berries, and a cup of frozen mangoes. I add in enough coconut water to get the right texture.

unsweetened coconut milk
half banana
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp raw cacoa
1/2 fresh avocado
handful fresh spinach
1/4 tsp each chorella and spirulina
My favourite Strawberry Mango Spinach Smoothie Recipe:
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup frozen mango cubes
1 cup fresh hulled strawberries (approx. 6-8)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
6 ice cubes
1 scoop C-Protect Nutrient Booster Powder
Starting with the spinach, combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more almond milk if needed to thin (but I like mine thick). Serve immediately and enjoy!
