oculus quest 2 untethered gamingAn Oculus Quest 2 is real entertainment like you’ve never experienced before. Whether it’s watching a movie, playing a game, or exploring a new travel destination, you will not believe how close you get to being part of the action. This is definitely one of the hottest entertainment/gaming devices of the year, and we are very happy to be able to offer two as prizes in this contest.

Oculus Quest 2 is virtual reality with no strings attached

Finally VR has become what we all thought it was to begin with. You see, VR promised to allow us to feel like we are in a different place or time. Some do this better than others, and some, like the original Oculus, have been quite amazing. However, it’s hard to totally immerse yourself in a game or movie when an attached cable keeps tugging you back to the real world. That’s one of the immediate advantages of the Oculus Quest 2: with no tether, no attached cable, you quickly lose yourself—the virtual environment essentially becomes the real world for you!

  1. I love how Oculus made the headset more accessible to the consumer, which is a big step for VR and it’s Future. I can’t wait to immerse myself in virtual environments and hangout with friends.

    • Hello – what I love about the Oculus Quest 2 is that my son wouldn’t need to use our cell phones anymore. You see, last Christmas, we had no idea what they were all about- we bought a cheap one off of Facebook Marketplace, not realizing it wasn’t the “right kind”! I will say though that the whole family still had fun even with the wrong kind and it would be fun to share those times with the standalone Oculus (that doesn’t require our phones AND you can actually play games because it had handsets! Oops….)

  2. Not being able to travel this year, I would like it to take my 7 year old daughter, and my wife around the virtual world. And maybe a few made up places too.

  3. I absolutely love that its completely wireless and when I do want extra performance I can connect it to my pc and have an incredible experience, it goes up to 90hz and completely removes the screen door effect, I would love to win one of these.
