The fall is fast approaching and with that means another Call of Duty game. This fall gamers will be pleased to see another entry in the Black Ops series. Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be the twelfth game in the long time running Call of Duty franchise. This will also be the second game in the Call of Duty series using the 3 year development cycle after Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. Many of the previous Call of Duty games only had a 2 year cycle, which you can certainly see this reflected in the quality of the games and the fans reception of them. There has also been confirmed previous generation versions being released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, albeit they will lack some features that the other versions will have. Such as only allowing 2 players for the co-op campaign rather than 4.
Call of Duty like never before!
The latest of the Black Ops games, will be set in the dystopian year of 2065, which is 40 years after the events in the previous instalment of the game. Technology has reached a point where it can be integrated with humans seamlessly. This means the game will follow a team of Black Ops soldiers but with augmented superhuman abilities! It has also been confirmed that there will be 2 Zombies story lines in the game as well. One of these side campaigns will continue the story of Tank Dempsy, Nikolai Belinski, Takeo Masaki and Edward Richtofen. While the other story will feature an all new cast of characters voice by some pretty big names, like Jeff Goldblum, Heather Graham, Neal McDonough and Ron Pearlman. Even if you are not a fan of the main Call of Duty gameplay, the Zombies game modes are certainly worth playing.
