The hottest game, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, just released and it’s full of great gameplay, lightsaber battles, and the familiar characters we know and love … except in stunning LEGO form. The game is sure to be a huge hit for fans of gaming and fans of the movies. Of course, the best way to collect games and movies is with the limited edition Steelbook versions. I was just sent four of these, two Switch, and two console (PS5/Xbox) to give away. Note that these are just the collectible cases. So if you will be buying the game, then enter for a chance to win this amazing case.
Are Star Wars items the ultimate collectibles
I do not consider myself a collector. Nevertheless, there are a few series I cherish and will never part with. My Robertson Davies collection, for example: every few years I re-read either one of his trilogies or get into “High Spirits” with his collection of ghost stories. Star Wars too holds a special place in my heart and home. I have the movies, the complete saga for Wii, and even several other merch like The Child. Some people can’t help themselves when it comes to Star Wars.
Similarly, many people love Steelbook versions of games and movies. They are mostly limited edition, so attempting to satiate that desire can sometimes lead to heartbreak—they often sell out within hours of their release. So, when I was told that I could have four Steelbook cases for the new LEGO game, I said, “send them to me and I’ll post a contest” because I knew that even without the actual game, there would be many people who would love to win the Steelbook case as a prize.
A game full of collectibles
Fans will love this game for many reasons including the many in-game collectibles. Jon Scarr recently mentions this as a huge bonus for players in his detailed review of LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Read his detailed review to learn about the lightsaber battles and many secrets hidden within the game. Then enter to win one of the four collectible Steelbook cases we are giving away.
How to enter
Entering this contest is easy and you can enter in two different ways. In a comment below, tell us which Star Wars character are you most anxious to become while playing the game. In a comment beneath Jon’s review article, tell us which of the two “unlock codes” that he includes within his review are you going to try first?
In each entry, tell us which format of Steelbook do you prefer: Xbox/PS5 or Nintendo Switch.
What you can win
At the end of this contest, we’ll select two (2) winners from all eligible entries that state they prefer a console Steelbook, and two (2) winners from all eligible entries that state they prefer a Switch Steelbook, to receive the Steelbook case for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.
This contest runs from April 12th until April 25th.
Remember you can enter twice as described below. However, tell your gamer friends and family about the new LEGO Star Wars game and about this contest for collectible Steelbooks!
