Premium TVs begin with outstanding new technology

I get this question quite frequently on the blog and on social media, “I want to buy a new TV; can you tell me which TV should I get?” My answer is to figure out your budget and space considerations for the room where it will be placed, then get the most future friendly TV with the largest screen that will fit in your home that you can afford. Future friendly means best technology available. And this year is a banner year for new technology in televisions.

I am planning on getting a new set for my home one day. I have a budget in mind and a TV size in mind (65 inch). I haven’t decided which brand to purchase yet because they are all so tempting! Each of the top manufactures has released new televisions with outstanding new technologies that make the colours more vibrant, details clearer, and the overall entertainment experience much better.

Do your research and plan for your next TV

Buying a television does require doing a bit of research. This contest will help you do that so you will know which future friendly Premium TV will be right for your home. There are three television prizes, one from each of the major TV manufacturers, Samsung, Sony, and LG, as shown here.

    Which model by Sony on the Best Buy website is my favorite? Sony’s best 4K LCD of course! The Sony X950H, Model Number: XBR65X950H.

    I love that it works with the samsung 9 OS and has the google assistant as well as the other smart tv features you expect- Netflix, YouTube etc.
    I love Ambient optimization technology automatically adjusts picture and sound depending where you’re tv is. We get a lot of outdoor city street noise- ex when harleys go by we can’t hear tv but if this fixes it it will be awesome!
    X-tended Dynamic Range PRO technology – this is particular because we get a lot of sun and this will self adjust for glare etc
    And of course 8k- can’t wait to watch hockey in 8k!!
