Your favourite music streaming from a BOOM 3 and MEGABOOM 3 speaker can make a good party great. An interesting combination of your favourite people, festive decor, delicious snacks, tasty cocktails, and the right playlists. The Ultimate Ears’ BOOM 3 and MEGABOOM 3 Bluetooth speakers come ready to party right out of the box with immersive 360-degree audio and the kind of deep, rumbling bass that’ll always help generate those Beach Boy-approved “good vibrations”. And due to their portable design, your shindigs never have to stand still; these speakers are made for movement and mobility! Read on to learn more about how an Ultimate Ears speaker (or speakers) can enhance your hangouts, and then enter this contest for a chance to win a BOOM 3 or MEGABOOM 3 speaker.

Here comes the BOOM

Ultimate Ears are masters of portable audio and if you’ve never tried them out before, their third iteration of BOOM and MEGABOOM speakers have to be seen (and heard) to be believed. Best Buy recently did a Showcase article where you can read more about what makes these bottle-sized cylinders so effective at cranking the party up a notch. Just one of these compact speakers is enough to help transition a quiet get-together into a playlist-powered rager.

But if you have a larger space to fill, you may want to amp up the audio, and you can wirelessly connect two, three, or up to one hundred and fifty BOOM and MEGABOOM Bluetooth speakers to enjoy pulse pounding surround sound!

Simply paired to your smartphone for wireless streaming from services like Spotify, Google Music, Apple Music, and more, you’ll soon discover that each speaker boasts meticulously engineered audio processing to deliver clear and balanced sound with no distortion. And with a 15-hour battery life for the BOOM and 20-hour battery life for the MEGABOOM, parties can go on all day and night.Designed to drop a beat wherever, whenever, each ruggedly constructed speaker is designed to easily survive a drop too, and they’re even protected against water and dust. In fact, these speakers are so well protected against water, they can withstand full submersion in one metre of water for up to thirty minutes, and they float too! Bring on the pool parties, and any kind of party for that matter!

HOW TO ENTER:

You can only submit one entry for this contest. In a comment below this article, tell us what anthem (and artist) you have ready to set the perfect party ambiance. There is no incorrect musical genre or era to choose from here. Maybe it’s a 1970’s rock ballad or maybe it’s a Sinatra classic from the swing era. Maybe it’s a Disney sing-along, or a nineties dance anthem. Maybe Mozart lights your fire! Whatever kind of party you and your friends like to throw, we want to know that go-to song that helps build them “good vibrations”.

WHAT YOU CAN WIN:

There are four MEGABOOM 3 and two BOOM 3 speakers to give away as prizes. We will randomly draw six winners, and each winner will win either a BOOM 3 or MEGABOOM 3 speaker in Best Buy-exclusive colours (blue and ultraviolet).

This contest runs from October 24th until November 7th.

Remember you can only enter once. However, there are 6 prizes to be won, and you probably know someone who would love to win an Ultimate Ears speaker, so please share this contest and they too will have a chance to win one of these prizes.

Good Luck.

  1. To start, I’d play the first track from the 88Glam self titled debut album. The track is called “12”. Both artists on 88Glam, Derek Wise and 88 Camino deliver nothing short of late night, smooth and dark bangers. They encompass Toronto’s sound perfectly with the minimal, grim production. I would continue to play their album as it is, because their selection of beats is consistent, filled with eerie but rich sounds.

  2. I usually play familiar and one-hit wonders that almost anyone can sing along and dance with. My playlist would include Macarena, YMCA, Happy and etc. because both young and old can dance and sing.

  3. I would play Revolution by The Beatles, which is of the age when I was a boy. (Perhaps, I was too young actually and my parents didn’t approve but that was the point, wasn’t it?)

  4. I am a single dad so my idea of a party is the kids and I singing and dancing. They are really into music and have grown hearing Taylor Swift on the radio. So her song, “Shake it off” would start a fun night for us. Something about her music has always appealed to the kids.

  5. This summer, a song called “Tokyo Nights” by Digital Farm Animals, Dragonette, and Shaun Frank has been a go to hang out song for my group of friends. I’d play that.

  6. I’d put on AC DC Highway to Hell, because it’s just such an awesome song from the most epic rock band.
