Did you just get true wireless headphones as a gift? They were definitely one of the hottest items this past holiday season. Personally, I didn’t receive any but I did give away three sets as gifts. I also gave away a set in the holiday contest we ran last month. Now I have another three sets of the fantastic Jabra Elite 75t headphones to give away in this contest. Read on to learn how to enter.

Great calls and great music from the great minds at Jabra

What do you want in a new set of headphones? True wireless headphones are perfect for everyone and Jabra has really created a premium headphone experience with the Elite 75t. One thing that is really cool is how well great these are for taking phone calls. We expect headphones to be great at handling our music; and, of course, they are awesome for listening to streaming videos on the bus or train to and from work. But these little ear buds are packed with technology—most notably: four microphones!

You’ll be amazed when you take your first call. The headphones have passive noise cancellation, which enables you to hear the caller over the ambient noise. However, it’s the microphones that impress me: these things are so tiny yet you can leave your phone in your pocket or purse and speak at a normal volume: your caller will hear you and not even know you are using wireless headphones to take the call.

Brad Moon recently reviewed these on the Best Buy blog and he loved their extra long battery life, water resistance, a comfortable fit, and good sound.

  1. In my new headphones, I am looking for comfort for my ears, some headphones I have tried start hurting my ears after few mins or an hour of use. I am also looking for better sound quality, extra battery life , charging case helps as well. Thanks.

  2. Good sound, battery life and a solid Bluetooth connection. My current earbuds disconnect quite often and man is it annoying!!

  3. I am looking for truly wireless headphones with best noise cancelling, having rich detailed audio sound, comfortable to wear and look stylish. I would also need great connectivity to my cellphone. Also the ones which don’t drop out when i use them while in the gym

  4. Durability/stable fit. I would be using it at the gym. I need them durable against sweat ant active movement.

  5. With any new headphones, the first thing I look for is a comfortable fit! Because I’ll usually have it in for quite a period of time…

  6. Sound quality tops my list as the highest priority. But comfort is equally important and really ties for 1st place. A bonus would be gesture control it that is asking too much!

  7. Don’t have a functioning pair. Been using old pair of jaybirds this would be a amazing upgrade.

    • Definitely look for sounds quality most. I also love small wireless form factors for my daily 90 commute

  8. I’m looking for something with good sound depth and a comfortable, rather sleek look that doesn’t sacrifice battery life

  9. The biggest thing I’m looking for is call quality with background noise cancelation. Callers need to be able to hear me when I’m in noisy environments. My Samsung Galaxy Buds really let me down on this one.

  10. Looking for a true wireless experience with noises cancelling, clear crispy sound and long battery life. If l had to pick only one quality then it would be a true surround sound experience that would make you say “wow” when you put it on.

  11. I’ve had Jabras before. Always produced amazing sound, ease of connectivity and comfort. I’ve used many brands and types. What I’m looking for is comfort for extended usage and microphone clarity as I work for a communications company with multiple conference calls daily.

  12. Comfortable and wireless is all I ask nothing worse than the headphones that come with modern smartphone devices.

  13. The only thing that holds me back from switching over to true wireless is the battery life and network drop issues. If they’re able to break a 10-15 hour mark on a single charge plus extra from the cases, i can confidently switch over because of my usage.

For audiophiles I’d still consider a DAC and a wired headset but then that’s what I’d prefer more for stage performances and studio recordings.
