The world is as peaceful as you want it to be with the JBL Tour One headphones. Noise cancellation is often credited with allowing you to block out the world, but I want to focus on what you can hear, not what you can’t. Great headphones help you hear better with them than you would without them. And the JBL Tour One headphones are better at doing this than your average headphones. Read more about these great headphones, then enter for a chance to win one.

Versatile and noise cancelling headphones

The reason many people opt for over ear headphones instead of earbuds is superior sound quality, superior sound isolation, and superior connection versatility. The JBL Tour One headphones excel in all of these areas. Check out the reviews, including the review that we posted on the blog, to learn more about the amazing listening options and the performance you get using these headphones.

Let’s first discuss the design. Comfort is important and some over ears can feel heavy on the head, or tight on the ears. The JBL Tour Ones are praised for their superior comfort, with soft ear-cups and ample padding.

Additionally, they are designed with convenience in mind. Pause music and take a call, change the volume, allow ambient noise to reach your ears with SmartAware and Talkthru technologies when you want to carry on a conversation: all with a touch of the intuitive controls, and without removing the headset. Also, you can listen wirelessly and with high fidelity via Bluetooth; or, audiophiles can choose a wired connection and plug into external devices for a more personal listening experience. It has the features you love in modern headsets, but at a premium headphone level. Even phone calls are better on these JBLs than on most other headphones.

Great headphones enable you to rediscover music and to feel great

When a product says “noise cancelling” our thoughts often turn to what we won’t hear: things like traffic noises, flight noises … perhaps office noises. Yes, you’ll hear less annoying noise wearing the JBL Tour One headphones. But that is not generally the point of awesome headphones. The point is to hear things we love with better clarity, better highs, mids, and lows, for a better overall listening experience that enriches our soul and makes us a little bit happier.

Think of a song that captured your heart and mind and transported you to another time and place in the best way possible when you first heard it. Great audio tech can sometimes recreate that experience; hearing it more clearly than you have in years can bring back a lot of those feelings. I use inexpensive earbuds for ordinary listening while commuting, but when I am home and want to really hear music for deep enjoyment, nothing beats the sound from a really high quality over ear set of headphones like these JBLs we are giving away in this contest.
