Star Wars toys keep getting better with each new movie. Two years ago, when “The Force Awakens” introduced the cute droid BB-8, Sphero introduced their incredibly accurate working version of the droid. Star Wars toys are an integral aspect of the experience: many of us grew up playing with them. So with a new movie arriving this year, Best Buy will help ensure this tradition continues by giving away almost $4000 worth of Star Wars toys in this contest! Star Wars toys are not just for kids

Star Wars toys were always the coolest thing around. When we were kids they were cool, and nothing has change: kids today still love them. Interestingly, adults still love them too. They are not just for collectors either. I’ve met many adults who either still have Star Wars toys from when they were a kid, or ones they’ve acquired more recently.

I have a shiny silver Millennium Falcon that I think is great. It sits next to my computer at Best Buy’s head office. I used to have this massive tie fighter (shown in the image on the right) at my desk too. Unfortunately, our office was recently rearranged and it had to be moved. If I was to choose one of the newest toys as a replacement it would definitely be the Propel Speeder Bike Drone shown in the image at the top.

  20. The LENOVO STAR WARS: JEDI CHALLENGES. I have loved Star Wars since I saw the original in 1977 and make a point of seeing everyone of them in theatres. To add to it…my fiancee’s birthday is on the 20th of December and this would add to her birthday fun.

  27. Sphero R2-D2 is my favourite. Brings back a lot of memories from when my kids were little and loved all the characters. I’d love to have for my grandson who loves Star Wars now too.

  29. For me it’s the PROPEL SW X WING DRONE CLR ED
    I’ve always loved the look of the x wing, and to be able to see it fly and maneuver in real life would be something else, as well as having my kids (Joshua, Tristan, and Ethan) get nostalgic about Star Wars as I did when I was young.

It also gives children some valuable familiarity with how circuits work. It is so interactive with people with a fun and functional app-enabled R2-D2 droid. Once the droid unit is built you can make it do amazing things like dance, snap selfies, draw, and the sound effects are so realistic and are out of this world. This is why I love it and this is why I would love to win. I am creative and a lover of Star Wars for years. Would love to introduce this to my grandchildren for educational purposes. Thanks

  34. I can’t pick a favourite between the Lenovo Star Wars: Jedi Challenges VR Headset with Saber & Beacon and the UBTECH Star Wars Stormtrooper Robot. My family would have a super fun time with the Jedi Challenges, and so would I! I’d love to be able to use a lightsaber battling awesome characters and iv’e always wanted to play holochess. The stormtrooper robot would be super cool as well! I love stormtroopers so having one able to walk around and “patrol” would be so awesome!!

  39. I think the Little bits droid inventor kit is the best. You not only get a great droid with cool features and capabilities, but you also get the satisfaction of having built it yourself.

  42. UB Tech Stormtrooper is my choice. Having your own First Order Storm Trooper is like adopting a new member to join your family. I will have it patrol areas of my home and March beside me as I move from room to room.
    I would even start an Instagram and YouTube channel dedicated to my Stormtrooper. If this could dance I would be amazed.

  44. The prizes available in this contest are so fun and amazing that even an adult like myself can’t help but feel excited at the chance to possibly win either of the two bundles. Having to choose one item as my favorite, I will have to go with the Sphero Star Wars R2-Q5 App-Enabled Droid. I will admit that the first thing that draws me to it is the look. As much as we love R2-D2, the fancy polished black exterior really gives it a sleek, almost new car feel. I would also love to try out the perimeter sensing technology it has enabled, as well as the bluetooth control.

  45. The Sphero Star Wars R2-2D app-enabled droid. R2-D2 was the first droid I loved. Always has been one of my favourite Star Wars characters.

  46. My favorite is the LENOVO STAR WARS: JEDI CHALLENGES. This must the coolest thing that I’ve ever seen. Training as a Jedi…just awesome…having grown up collecting Star Wars toys, this would be amazing to receive and continue on with my 2 young kids and eventually soon, they can be my Padawans! 🙂

  47. Spinmastwe BB8 for sure! Why? It’s big. It’s interactive. It’s awesome. I have been a Star Wars fan since I was 7 years old. I saw it in a small town in Alberta and it inspired me to believe that like Luke I could be anything that I wanted to be. I’ve never lost that optimism thanks to Star Wars.

  50. If I had to pick just one I would choose the LENOVO STAR WARS:jedi challenges!!! I think this would be super cool! Soo neat that it is so interactive and my 7 year old son would just have the best time training to be a jedi!!!!!
